The hotel is quite cozy, quiet, and has an excellent location, close to the metro, restaurants, shops, and the city's historic districts. A VIP room with coffee, tea, liqueur (delicious), and apples is available 24 hours a day. The gym includes dumbbells, a treadmill, and an elliptical trainer. But most importantly, the service. I caused significant damage to the upholstery and wasn't charged. It's amazing. Perfect Breakwast

Location , good staff, very good breakfast included.clean rooms
Small room for one king size bed, I was on the 4 the floor ( Rome 408 ) was a little noisy. The maid equipment was right out the door . An older hotel. So not great sound proof walls . I heard the 1st floor was no noise

Hotel itself is lovely and in a perfect location for visiting Lisbon. Rooms are nice, staff are brilliant and breakfast was superb too, with plenty of options. We came in October during usual half-term time but price was still affordable and good value even then.
It was all brilliant, couldn't recommend the place enough!

Nice hotel in the old center, very friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and cosy.
The room was pretty noisy at night, we could hear everyone in the hallway and the elevator.
