Small room for one king size bed, I was on the 4 the floor ( Rome 408 ) was a little noisy. The maid equipment was right out the door . An older hotel. So not great sound proof walls . I heard the 1st floor was no noise

Nice hotel in the old center, very friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and cosy.
The room was pretty noisy at night, we could hear everyone in the hallway and the elevator.

I liked the old Timey feel of the place and especially liked the breakfast a lot. The location is also incredibly well situated. It's definitely worth the money.
I think the bathrooms need to be updated and that's about it.

Charming and clean historic hotel with beautiful features throughout, such as a nice patio up top and a great ground floor bar.
We did have an issue likely to do with the plumbing in our bathroom, but the staff mostly resolved it and they sent up a bottle of port to our room, which was completely unexpected but amazing!

Lovely hotel : perfect for a pleasant stay in Lisbon. The staff is exceptionally friendly and pleasant, they make you feel at home. It was the first time I stayed there, yet they made me feel a regular guest.

The hotel was in a great, quiet location for sightseeing and shopping. Very safe area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice was extensive and room clean, spacious with comfortable beds.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location and very convenient to bus and subway transportation. My room was excellent. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was well stocked and staffed to refill. Our room was a Jr. Suite and was well worth the price - bed very comfortable and A/C worked.
