The breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the coffee. The location was very good! A short easy walk to several museums and the famous monument to the discoverers.(?)

Everything was great! The staff was excellent as usual. The breakfast is excellent and Isabella is so welcoming and puts on a great spread.
Prices have gone up this year but seems like everything has. Would definitely stay there anytime we are in Portugal.

Wonderful
Nice little hotel, great location just next to Belem but a bit further away from the city center. The room was nice and i could even see the Cristo rei statue across the river. The hotel is a bit older but still in great shape and everything is clean. Breakfast was good but not exceptional (buffet was a bit small). Staff was great, responsive and helpful for all questions asked. Would go again.

The location was perfect for walking around Belem. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving the breakfast was the best of all of the staff I encountered.
The room was very out of date, and there were items that were broken. The hook on the inside of the bathroom door was hanging by a thread and could not be used. I am not handy, but even I could fix that - (they provide a robe, but it cannot be hung up...). There is a desk in the room, with a chair. It is huge for the size of the room and is not useful. It is so outsized and so close to the bed that you can't easily pull out the chair. The top of the desk was very marred and scratched. Very unattractive. There was also a long rip in the curtains. The room was not vacuumed when I arrived and never was, even though it was serviced daily. The whole site could use a redo.

Great location! Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, attractions. Breakfast was a highlight. Staff was very nice.
It didn’t feel like the Air Conditioner was working in our room. It was manageable without so we didn’t say anything to the staff but I wish it could have gotten colder.

Location was fantastic -- across the street from the Jeronimos monestary and maritime museum, art museum, near restaurants and large park; near the river, Belem tower, etc. though maybe too far to walk unless you are young or athletic, which we are not.
Actually, there wasn't anything we didn't like about it. My only bummer, which definitely colored my view of Lisbon, was that I got my purse stolen in the maritime museum -- be careful, be vigilent!

The location is perfect in Belem and near transportation into Lisbon, the rooms are clean, love the mini fridge, the bathroom was spacious, the breakfast is really good, and I love that the hotel has an evening bar (Pedro makes the best fresh sangria!)
I wish there was a coffeemaker or tea kettle in the room, it could be a nice addition to the mini fridge
