Nice breakfast and glad it was served unti late. Matheus who worked at the bar was a delightful person, very friendly!!
The beds weren’t fabulous and the mattresses moved around a lot.

Wonderful
The staff was excellent, they provided us with everything that we need such as extra pillows and toilet paper. Very friendly and knew perfect english . Also, the bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space !
The pillows might be a bit too soft but they were greater than other hotels' ones. Also, the bathroom temperature was a bit cold but overall nothing tragic.

The location and staff, room was bigger than I expected
The room isn't as it says it is. Nothing soundproof, no "view" Too noisy from other rooms even from people walking around. Should be improved. And no water, nothing in the room.

We stayed at the Ibis Saldanha for 4 nights, paying €113 per night, including taxes. While the room was spacious, clean, and looked nice, there were several issues that really impacted our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and we later found out it’s only turned on in the summer, but this wasn’t mentioned beforehand, which was a major letdown. The pillows were downright awful—so uncomfortable that they ruined our sleep. When we asked for replacements, we were told they were all the same, but after going down to reception, we were given flat pillows that offered no support at all. Additionally, the shower water temperature kept fluctuating wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable shower. For a 2-star hotel, we expected more, especially considering the price and what was advertised on Booking.com. On the plus side, the hotel’s location was great, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made it easy to get around. But overall, the comfort issues and lack of communication left us feeling disappointed and like we didn’t get the value we were expecting.
