The staff, were the best! Front desk was super helpful and worked with the bar staff to get us set up to watch a Canadian Olympic hockey game on the big screen! They all went above and beyond with helpful information and making our stay super easy. The lobby, bar and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable (and I'm picky because I have a bad back). Good wifi and tv service. Close to many restaurants and shops and a grocery store right across the street. We didn't have time to do the breakfast but I know the price was really reasonable. We will definitely be back here again when visiting Lisbon. Parking was easy as well.
Air conditioning was blowing out heat and I forgot to mention to the staff, but I know many hotels this time of year have their air conditioning turned off. We had to sleep with the window open and it was fairly comfortable, just a bit noisier.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to two metro lines.
It was clean and mostly comfortable. Our room was very warm. It seemed that it didn’t matter if you had the ac set for cool or heat it was the same. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Great value, close to red line metro to the airport (we were leaving early in the morning), it was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful
The hotel is located in a pretty decent neighbourhood. There are many restaurants around it and a supermarket right in front. Whole city is easily accessible by taxi and public transport is also close and metro connects directly to the airport.

The hotel location is excellent to walk around Lisbon in a easy way - the zone looks safe and during weeks the free street parking makes life easier if you have a rental car - the comfortable and size of the rooms are worth price, I truly recommend it to everyone

Everything was great, great price/performance, was clean all round. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful, location is central. We liked our time here.
The TV remote in the room had a Netflix button on it, but the installed software in the TV didn't let me open the app. Basically couldn't use the TV (youtube, netflix etc.) Except the channels, which were in portugese so we couldn't understand. To be fair, this is a hotel that you come back to at the end of the day to sleep.
