The staff was amazing!
That we didn’t have room service and that we had to pay for our lockers for our bags, which I know is normal yet I’d appreciate a better economic choice. I was a bit ill that day and it was a challenge to wait until 2pm. Thank God we got our room a bit earlier.

The staff was friendly, and the location was good for us, it's quiet and less crowded, yet highly walkable with many shops and restaurants nearby during our 4-day trip to Lisbon. They actually put two set of exterior windows so you will not hear the outside noise. We are giving it a 9/10 because compared to some of the other hotels in the city, we felt this one was the best.
The room was small. Our first two nights were quiet, but on the third night, we heard neighbors moving furniture back and forth above us but still was a pleasant. Additionally, parking costs €10 per day, and there is a pet fee of €15 per night.

The staff was really nice. I also liked the room and the location. The room was very modern.
The breakfast choices could be improved. There could be more fruit and cheese for example. A lady from the staff who was handling the breakfast was not very polite.

The location was perfect! And the staff were pretty helpful. They also allowed to store our bags till 8 which was great! I felt the apartment was good enough for a one night stay.
I would say the apartment itself was not the fanciest in any way, and the toiletries provided were not the fanciest.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. However do keep in mind that this is a budget hotel so the amenities in the rooms are very basic.
The beds + cushions were really uncomfortable, we stayed in a room with 2 single beds. Our first room had no extra lock, when we asked about it the front desk said that every room was like that. We dit change rooms due to other reasons and the 2nd room dit have the extra lock…
