The staff, were the best! Front desk was super helpful and worked with the bar staff to get us set up to watch a Canadian Olympic hockey game on the big screen! They all went above and beyond with helpful information and making our stay super easy. The lobby, bar and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable (and I'm picky because I have a bad back). Good wifi and tv service. Close to many restaurants and shops and a grocery store right across the street. We didn't have time to do the breakfast but I know the price was really reasonable. We will definitely be back here again when visiting Lisbon. Parking was easy as well.
Air conditioning was blowing out heat and I forgot to mention to the staff, but I know many hotels this time of year have their air conditioning turned off. We had to sleep with the window open and it was fairly comfortable, just a bit noisier.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to two metro lines.
It was clean and mostly comfortable. Our room was very warm. It seemed that it didn’t matter if you had the ac set for cool or heat it was the same. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Perfect location easy to access anywhere in Lisbon, Lidl opposite the entrance, carrefour 3 minutes away very clean ,everything was perfect
It's more to inform rather than to complain but they don't keep the luggage after checking out, the have luggage store lockers where you need to pay if your flight is after check out time.

The hotel is decent, average, not bad. The staff was friendly, and the location was fine. Don’t expect any luxury, but for the price, it was okay.
It's hard to point out any real downside. The breakfast is decent as well. Maybe the beds could be more comfortable and the rooms a bit larger, but overall, no major complaints.

The property was very clean, and fantastic location. Hannah at the front desk was so helpful, best customer service I experienced in Lisbon. She understood her job and delivered excellently. Omar at the front desk/restaurant was also so warm and welcoming. He served us dinner at the restaurant and the customer service was amazing!

The location was close to saldanha metro and Atrium mall. McDonald's and all food outlets was closer. The city view was great. Lot of people around having their cafe or late dinner. The city was lively. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Two things that I was not impressed with was the hot water that is only available in reception area. So, our room was at 9th floor, we had to come to reception everytime to fill our bottles with hot water.
Next thing was the TV, it was not possible to connect my phone or cast to the TV which was disappointing, the staff told me that they were working on this issue for months and no success.
So, if you are looking for these 2 things unfortunately you will be disappointed.
