Good price value. I had a last minute booking at the day and it was arranged a room really fast which I could already do a check in a few hours before.
The receptionist really kind,polite and helpful.
I like that the hotel has many options of locker where you can make a self payment in case you need to storage your luggage.
The location is really good, 10 min walking from the metro in a nice area of Lisbon with a lot of good coffes and restaurants.
The room very small with a tiny window. It feels like you are in prison with those very tiny window surrounding of building.
It deserve a proper window.
Toilet was not so good with a shower.

The hotel is located in a pretty decent neighbourhood. There are many restaurants around it and a supermarket right in front. Whole city is easily accessible by taxi and public transport is also close and metro connects directly to the airport.
