The staff was friendly, and the location was good for us, it's quiet and less crowded, yet highly walkable with many shops and restaurants nearby during our 4-day trip to Lisbon. They actually put two set of exterior windows so you will not hear the outside noise. We are giving it a 9/10 because compared to some of the other hotels in the city, we felt this one was the best.
The room was small. Our first two nights were quiet, but on the third night, we heard neighbors moving furniture back and forth above us but still was a pleasant. Additionally, parking costs €10 per day, and there is a pet fee of €15 per night.

The staff was really nice. I also liked the room and the location. The room was very modern.
The breakfast choices could be improved. There could be more fruit and cheese for example. A lady from the staff who was handling the breakfast was not very polite.

The location was perfect! And the staff were pretty helpful. They also allowed to store our bags till 8 which was great! I felt the apartment was good enough for a one night stay.
I would say the apartment itself was not the fanciest in any way, and the toiletries provided were not the fanciest.

We wanted to pay for the parking, but we arrived on Sunday and the parking space in front of the hotel is free until Monday at 9 AM.
Breakfast was good, plenty of options to chose from.
Lidl shop right across the hotel.
There was no fridge in the room, also it was very small for 2 people with luggages as well.

The staff, were the best! Front desk was super helpful and worked with the bar staff to get us set up to watch a Canadian Olympic hockey game on the big screen! They all went above and beyond with helpful information and making our stay super easy. The lobby, bar and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable (and I'm picky because I have a bad back). Good wifi and tv service. Close to many restaurants and shops and a grocery store right across the street. We didn't have time to do the breakfast but I know the price was really reasonable. We will definitely be back here again when visiting Lisbon. Parking was easy as well.
Air conditioning was blowing out heat and I forgot to mention to the staff, but I know many hotels this time of year have their air conditioning turned off. We had to sleep with the window open and it was fairly comfortable, just a bit noisier.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to two metro lines.
It was clean and mostly comfortable. Our room was very warm. It seemed that it didn’t matter if you had the ac set for cool or heat it was the same. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Great value, close to red line metro to the airport (we were leaving early in the morning), it was clean and comfortable.
