Excellent location and great staff. Ruy and Solange from the front desk are very good. Good breakfast.
They put me in a room facing the street. The view was beautiful, but there was a lot of noise until late at night. The room was also next to the restaurant where breakfast is served, so there was even more noise in the morning while they were setting up. In the end, I didn’t sleep at all. If I return in the future, I’ll definitely request a room that doesn’t face the street and isn’t close to the restaurant or kitchen.

We loved almost everything. It was the perfect start to our long vacation and the bad part of our trip was that after this stay, the other hotel did not meet our expectations, I kept thinking of the room, staff, and location of your hotel wishing that we had the same quality in our other hotel.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Chiado. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a personal note and traditional Portuguese egg tarts, and were invited to the rooftop bar for a complementary welcome cocktail.

Location, location. Right in the center of Chiado. Steps from shopping and restaurants and access to the metro station. The location cannot be beat. The soundproofing is fantastic, so zero issues with noise. It allows for easy access to Barrio Alto, the commerce plaza and the Alfama district.
The rooftop terrace is nice, with superb views of the city. Great for an evening of drinks and views.
The staff is welcoming and kind.
The hotel is comfortable and had great space but our room on the 7th floor was outdated. The dark/black carpet looked stained. Furniture is minimal and bathroom lacks counter space. AC wasn't very cold, so this could be an issue to some in Summer. It's a perfect location, which could cause someone to overlook the details, but it could use a face-lift at this point.
