Wonderful
Location could not be better. Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortably large. The rooftop bar/restaurtant and deck has great views. Staff was wonderful.

Great views from our balcony of the castle and river
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Not the hotel's problem but Lisbon is a very hilly city and the hotel is part way up a steepish hill

Excellent location and great staff. Ruy and Solange from the front desk are very good. Good breakfast.
They put me in a room facing the street. The view was beautiful, but there was a lot of noise until late at night. The room was also next to the restaurant where breakfast is served, so there was even more noise in the morning while they were setting up. In the end, I didn’t sleep at all. If I return in the future, I’ll definitely request a room that doesn’t face the street and isn’t close to the restaurant or kitchen.
