Comfortable and extremely well run hotel in the beautiful Baixa area with pedestrian streets jammed with nice shops and restaurants. The hotel is immaculately clean with a very nice restaurant (the Tiramisu prepared tableside is an unforgettable treat) and rooms have every amenity imaginable: bathrobes, hair dryer, gleaming marble bathrooms, waterfall showers, etc.

Everything. It’s the best 4 star hotel
In Lisbon for a reason. Hospitality, great accommodating staff, comfortable room and exceptional quality bed linen. Loved everything, stay in Lisbon frequently but this is by far the best hotel, much better than more expensive options.

A very well run hotel in a perfect position and it was everything we looked for. The best hotels are only as good as their staff and the people at the Hotel da Baixa were absolutely the best; friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable - faultless!
One tiny thing - a soap-dish for the soap in the bathroom would be nice :) But that's all!

A perfect hotel. Right in the center of Lisbon. Staff super friendly. We were upgraded to a lovely room with terrace overlooking the street and sea. The hotel has free soft drinks and a fab breakfast. All was perfect!
