The staff were excellent professional and were ready and waiting for us. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff treated one with a personal touch. Room was stunning and breakfast was above our expectations.

Usb ports not working in the room, no tea kettle only upon request, walls are thin and you can hear everything whats going on in the corridor, woke me up at night several times.

From the minute you walk in, you feel you are in 5 star Hotel. From the chocolate chip cookie to finding you a restaurant, the stuff is there for you. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get up. For real. And the shower was high quality!! Great location. They offer a free tour, which I recommend.
We had an issue with the water, which was fixed after 2 hours. They compensated us with free breakfast, which was good, but not worth 25euro (regular price). Was a bit disappointed.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for an excellent stay. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary, a lovely touch. A real highlight was the walking tour with Pedro, who was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the company of the group we were with. We’ll definitely be back.
