Outstanding location and superlative staff.
Breakfast isn't very good. Runny eggs and hot foods not hot. Our first room was small. Plus paid nearly double through you-know-who that if I had reserved directly.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank to all of them if they are reading :) the hotel is situated in a very centeral location at Baixa but yet not right in the middle of the most touristic streets which is very good in my opinion. The room was very nice comfortable, the size was good enough. All the equipments were new , high tech. The showers were good, wifi was good , breakfast is really good with champagne every morning
The location is very central but it was still quite while we are staying because the main street was closed due to an infrastructure construction so i am not sure how will it be if the street was open to traffic. It is sth to consider if you are looking for a peaceful , quits time at your hotel.

Excellent staff and location. We were graciously upgraded to a beautiful room upon arrival by wonderful staff that made sure we had details about food and things to do/see. They also made sure our airport transport was confirmed and timely. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
