Welcoming staff, the lounge, comfortable rooms and cleanliness. Loved the smell of their lotion!
The pillows. The pillows were not comfortable at all, and the breakfast buffet doesn’t have variety and the coffee is disappointing.

Hotel Da Baixa is located in the heart of Lisbon. It’s a quiet location in a pedestrian zone. The staff are excellent and very helpful. We had a lovely room with all the comfort you’d want. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon
