This hotel is all about location. It is centrally located for all of the main attractions in Lisbon. We would recommend venturing outside of the Baixa area for restaurants. As of June 2026, there is construction going on next door--we had to request a room change, which the hotel obliged.
The included breakfast was okay. For American travelers, it's similar to what you would get at basic Marriott, Hilton, etc. products.

Large friendly hotel staff. Always good, free coffee in the lobby. Ideal location as it's close to tons of restaurants and all three forms of public transport (Bus/Trolly/Trains). Clean rooms that are typical EU size but a nice large bathroom.

Convenient and central location for walking to Alfama, Bairro Alto and other neighborhoods. The more expensive rooms are decent size and comfortable.
Located in the busiest touristy part of town can be quite annoying as the streets and alleys get very crowded. The food and cooking grease smell from restaurants got into the room with windows closed.
