Disappointing
The hotel overall felt cozy and clean. The older gentleman who is supposed to be greeting people for breakfast was extremely rude and not helpful. I signed up for the free city walk tour and nobody showed up for it. The construction noise is horrendous!!!

Very good breakfast which served Portuguese staples, fruits, veggies, pastry and omlettes which were made for you. Also, staff that attended to your needs as you ate.
The only thing I could think of is that my room was across from the storage room were the maids kept their supplies. So I would hear them go in and out.

This hotel was our introduction to Lisbon and we are so happy we stayed here. The staff are amazing and made us feel really welcome. It’s a great location and the food — amazing! 5 stars - we felt so fortunate to stay at Hotel da Baixa - it’s a very cool boutique hotel!

From the front door to the wait staff to the cleaners, the staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The quality of food in their dining room was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room with comfortable big bed (additional cover and pillows available), nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast, water and soft drinks (like coffee, lemonade etc) unlimited. Very good location in the city center. There are plenty shops, restaurants and cafe around.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. In a very good location making it easy to commute around the city. Our family enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to stay again when we return to Lisbon. Thank you for the welcoming hospitality.

Very cosy bed.
The bathroom door was damaged and could not be closed properly. And opening the window would have caused the room to fill with food odors. Additionally, the shower floor had visible dirt marks. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing.
Overall, the value for money was not satisfactory.
