The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Some of the staff members whose names I remembered are Diogo (sp?), Andrea, Eleanor, and Catia.
Also, the architecture was charming, with a mixture of original and updated features.
I can’t think of anything right now.
But a helpful reminder the hotel gave is that it’s on a pedestrian street, so we were dropped off nearby instead of in front. The hotel will assist with your luggage.

Beautiful hotel with a very posh, luxury feel for the price in a great location that was very walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and places of interest in the neighborhood. We went to a fabulous Fado show within a few minutes walk. The staff were friendly, helpful,, and professional. The room was beautiful with very comfortable beds and pillows and vaulted ceilings. The room was well designed to be economical with space, though the vaulted ceilings give it a special feel, but we had plenty of room for our 3 suit cases to be out and open on the floor. The bathroom was all marble with high ceilings, wonderful water pressure, and several different shower settings. Again a luxury, pampered, classical appeal. The restaurant had delicious gourmet food and fabulous service. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive with so many delicious options ranging from healthy and light to indulgent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!
I can't think of anything. But keep in mind the hotel has a smaller footprint but it is elegant and well designed so that it feels spacious.

It is a lovely hotel in the center of old Lisbon. Pedro, the guest manager/concierge was amazing. We took his complimentary walking tour and enjoyed every minute of it. He shared information about the history of Lisbon that we had not known. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Just needed to know that the taxi stand was available at the square. The evening desk staff did not tell us that but the morning staff did on the day of our departure.
