The property at old town, when I call uber or Bolt , uber and Bolt can’t come to the front of hotel, it’s my first time to Lisbon, I missed three bolt cars, because I can’t find when was Bolt drivers waiting, and they can’t pick me up at the front of the hotel. It was headache..

The location was perfect for cruises. I short 7 minute walk to the port. The cobblestone makes hauling luggage a little challenging but I was fine with 2 roller bags and a backpack. It was about a 20 minute walk to city center which is good for me as I like to walk for exercise. Would be challenging for anyone with walking issues/wheelchair.
The transfer I took to from the airport could not be down the street. I needed to walk down the cobblestone street to get to the hotel. Not ideal if you have mobility issues.

Hotel is modern, beautifylly kept, and comfortable.
Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Uber drivers are not permitted on the street fronting the hotel, so we had to carry our bags along cobbled streets. Allowing Uber drivers to access the bollard-lowering device would be helpful. So would an alternate behind the convent. Of course, a shuttle would be ideal.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff were super helpful with storing our luggage, dinner recommendations, arranging a taxi to the airport. They have coffee and infused water available in the lobby 24/7. The location was convenient, though our cab couldn’t get right to the door (he dropped us on a road the tram uses, about 50 yards away, so not a big deal).
The room for 3 was wonderful but families with young children might want to check on the room set up. Ours had the queen bed upstairs and a fold out couch and the bathroom down, which may be difficult for those with small children
