It was in a great location up on the hill and close to the tram lines. It had a nice feeling with nice spaces around the hotel. We only had 2 nights here in November so a bit cooler and couldnt take advantage of the lovely pool area. Great having tea/coffee facilities in our room.
The bed mattress was a little too firm for me.

Absolutely beautiful facility in a PERFECT location for easily exploring the heart of Lisbon. Right next to multiple transit stops and walking distance to breathtaking views of the water and the city. Lots of food and drink options within an easy walk.
Kind of hard to locate at first. Uber/transit drop off at the top of a hill and you have to sort of make your way down. Helps if you can recognize what a wall of a former convent looks like. ;)

Great location in old Lisbon, beautiful property and very helpful and friendly staff. Licensed taxi from the airport will take you all the way to the door, an uber will not.

Good location for Old Lisbon exploration.
I thought as a former convent it would have more character, but is a generic modern motel with a decent but very overpriced breakfast. The bathroom had great shower and fixtures but need more hooks to hang used towels, etc.
