I liked the art deco, history, and warmth of the hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I tried "ginge " for the first time there.
A warm welcome to Lisbon for us. It was lovely!

Great location. Service was good.
Lock and key for door was dated. Key was huge and old fashioned. Difficult to lock the door. Bathtub was high and it was difficult to get into it.

Location was ideal for Metro and bus both within 5 minutes walk. Complimentary Bubbly left in the room for my wife`s birthday. Great barman (Jefferson), very friendly staff.
