Really liked the room size, the balcony overlooking the park. Close to transport, lift and stairs made coming and going easy. The room was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay here!
Would like to see more towel hanging rack/hooks for the space.

Location is good near the park and central Lisbon/metro lines. It was a budget-friendly option.
I knew I was booking a budget hotel, but this one felt pretty sad and run down. My room was fine, but I did hear other guests asking to be moved because of mold near the bed in their room. There were some construction messes around and just not much to enjoy about the property. I would stay elsewhere next time, even if it costs a bit more.

Great location in that section of Lisbon away from the main tourist area but across from Eduardo Park. Easy access to Lisbon metro too. Well detailed room with a balcony as well. Clean and up to date fixtures. Nice buffet breakfast and a kind staff. No complaints.

The hotel's location was excellent and right next to the park. The room was spacious, newly renovated and included all basic amenities, including air conditioning.
The cleanliness could have been partially improved, particularly that of the carpet in the room. However, the rest of the room was very clean and looked after.

I have to walk to a nearby supermarket to buy one under the heatwave.

酒店员工非常热情，乐于回答问题并提供旅游建议。大厅里有宽大的休息地方，房间特别干净整洁。能够寄存行李，为我们提供了极大的方便。我们退房之后，还在酒店休息了很长时间。附近有买饮水的小店，地铁站很近，3分钟可达。酒店离广场不远，但很安静，一点都听不到喧闹的声响。早餐有素有荤，味道不错。咖啡牛奶更是为开启新的一天打了非常好的基础。因为我们此行订的酒店中，只有这家酒店提供早餐，多亏接待人员提醒早餐的事，不然我们就吃不上早餐了，因为我完全忘记了酒店的费用是含早的。

As always we where very satisfied with our stay at Avenida Park . Great breakfast and a nice room .They also has a nice tradition to give you some treats the first day.
