The hotel room was nicer than I expected. It was modern, and there were plenty of plugs. I like that they gave us water bottles and some pastries (which were lovely).
The bed was one of the best beds I've slept in, in a hotel. I struggle to sleep when I'm away because most beds are uncomfortable, but this was ideal so I got plenty of rest.
My partner and I like walking so we were able to walk to the zoo and to the Praça do Comércio (both of which were roughly 30 minutes).
The cleaners did incredible jobs and the reception staff were polite and always said hi (ola).
I don't think there's anything major. The air-conditioning was placed so only one side of the bed got the majority of the breeze, but throughout the day/night, the room was a good temp, so I wouldn't say I disliked it.

Hotel is along a quiet road, with no through traffic and across a nice park. Room was modern, spacious ans complete.
Good bed, showers etc. Free breakfast was added by the hotel manager. Very nice Thank you.
Breakfast was full style with many food options.

Nice location and clean.
There was a previous guests hair in my bathrobe. The soap dispensers and quality of soap in shower was very poor. Room was hot, no remote control for the AC unit.

Nice and clean room. Very comfortable. Nice and big bathroom. I was nicely welcomed by the staff and given some complimentary water and treats. It was nice that I was allowed to leave my suitcase before check-in and after check-out. The location is really good, very central
