Very Good
The area is close to a beautiful park.
There is no coffee in the room. There are some tea bags and a kettle in the lobby, but they don't always have water or teacups ready. We had to ask the front desk to fill the kettle with water and had to wait for it to boil to get a cup of tea.

Wonderful
The room was clean, big enough and with a terrace. The mattress was very comfortable. The location was great. Right next to a lovely park and very close to the metro station. The people who worked at the hotel were very kind. There was a breakfast aria, too. We did not have breakfast there though, we went to a very nice cafe on the street at the back of the hotel, a little up where we had excellent espresso, yogurt with fruits, and some pastries. We loved the location of this hotel.
Small things, like the lack of shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom. (There was just a body wash.)

Very Good
The hotel was very thoughtful and intentional with our stay — they greeted us with dessert upon arrival and did a good job cleaning up the room. The AC was also good in the summer heat wave and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast too.
The hotel should invest in providing shampoo and body soap rather than combining it.

Fair
Location is good near the park and central Lisbon/metro lines. It was a budget-friendly option.
I knew I was booking a budget hotel, but this one felt pretty sad and run down. My room was fine, but I did hear other guests asking to be moved because of mold near the bed in their room. There were some construction messes around and just not much to enjoy about the property. I would stay elsewhere next time, even if it costs a bit more.

Great location in that section of Lisbon away from the main tourist area but across from Eduardo Park. Easy access to Lisbon metro too. Well detailed room with a balcony as well. Clean and up to date fixtures. Nice buffet breakfast and a kind staff. No complaints.

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel (look, location, value for money, breakfast, accessibility) was beyond my expectations.
