Excellent location, Kind staff, good breakfast, easy access to everything I needed. My travel companion arrived several days after I did. Bag storage during early arrival and late departure... Quiet street, but adjacent to the park, and just a few steps to restaurants and activities.

The double room was very small, but as we moved around a lot, it didnt matter. The twin rooms were excellent.
Friendly and helpful staff, very good location and restaurants right next to the hotel Excellent!!!
The location was perfect.
Gracefully stored our luggage as we arrived very early. We appreciate that a lot!
A small fridge in the room would have been very nice. Nothing else, just positive things!!!

We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. The panoramic view from our room — which we had requested — was a particularly pleasant highlight; thank you for accommodating it. Breakfast offered a good variety, including pastries and fresh fruit.
Thank you for the opportunity to stay — overall we appreciated many aspects of our time there and hope to return.
On the other hand, we felt that the room lacked sufficient in-room amenities. The bathroom could use more supplies. On the first night, the water temperature was nearly cold — that was disappointing. We asked the reception for missing towels because they were not available in the room.
We hope the hotel will consider improving the in-room amenities and ensure better preparation of bathrooms for future guests.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Although there were no kettles etc in the room, there were tea and coffee making facilities at reception, which was lovely. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge choice, but it was more than adequate.
The staff were really lovely.
The rather rickety lift, which required a hands- on approach to the doors opening at reception.

Clean, convenient and close to the metro. Excellent mattresses offered a great night sleep, the hotel also offered a luggage storage facility after checkout which was super convenient

Excellent service from friendly staff. Great location with very easy Metro access. Very clean and comfy beds.
Room temperature was too hot. Coat hooks and somewhere to hang the towels would be good.

The hotel was conveniently located for us to join our tour. Also there were quite a few restaurants in walking distance. The room was large, but minimally appointed. The breakfast was excellent. On the first day, the staff brought a lovely pastry and fruit platter to our room in midday.
The hotel was fine except they could have provided a little more amenities. There was no toilet tissue holder!??! In fact,there were no boxed tissues. The floors were mostly uncarpeted. There was only a generic soap dispenser which presumably was intended for body and hair wash. And, disappointedly, the lobby provided streaming channels, but not in the room. These are relatively small things and overall our stay was excellent.

The room was very unsanitary from body fluids from previous guests and also smelt strongly of smoking and when we complained to the front desk the staff then wouldn't speak to us for over 30 minutes while we just stood there and waited, no other guests were queuing we just kept being told the receptionist was busy. Multiple guests came and went also at this time to complain that the WiFi did not work. Eventually as we hadn't even taken coats off and were just standing there we had to be pushy and we were told there were no other rooms available and to just sleep there tonight and we'd be moved tomorrow. Staff at the front desk were very rude and uncaring. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life and really ruined the start of our holiday. We walked out and had to pay for a much more expensive hotel nearby.
