We stayed at this hotel while visiting for a marathon and were truly impressed. Early check-in, which is usually unavailable in most hotels or apartments, was provided, and we really appreciated that.
The view from the room was beautiful, and the breakfasts were delicious, varied, and satisfying for every taste and age. The rooms were very clean, and the staff clearly put in a lot of effort to make every guest’s stay exceptional — and they truly succeed!
You should be proud of your team. Everyone was very friendly and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even when we didn’t have internet access and couldn’t order breakfast, the staff kindly stepped in and delivered it to our room within 15 minutes.
Thank you to your hotel — we are 150% satisfied!

The hotel is great. Rooms are nicely appointed and modern. Breakfast was great every morning. They even accommodated an early arrival which was very very nice. Many little nice details are also included (bottled water, etc). The staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is downtown and close to everything.

Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a hotel of this category. We were allocated two rooms, both of which presented serious maintenance and hygiene issues, including:
Bathroom door locks that were almost broken
Carpets that were visibly dirty
Scratched and damaged walls
Wardrobe paint missing and furniture in poor condition
Persistent unpleasant smell coming from the toilet
Overall, the rooms were in very bad shape and did not correspond to the quality advertised on Booking.com. This significantly affected our comfort and our experience during the stay.
In addition, we experienced an unpleasant and disappointing situation with hotel staff. Our son was not allowed to drink a tea that did not belong to the lounge bar, with staff stating that this was “hotel policy.” This rigid and unwelcoming behavior was surprising and inappropriate for a hotel claiming to offer 5-star service, and it further detracted from our stay.
