Location is central. Lobby is inviting. Staff was overall nice. Breakfast was good
I cannot figure out how this is a 5 star hotel. The rooms are old ..some lights dont work, carpet was dirty, toilet doesn't work (as for my experience). Noise of the train is bothersome on the lower floors , but can be heard everywhere. 3.5 star at best

We loved the culture of the property, the staff were amazing breakfast was perfect
We was not keen on the room we was given facing a yard and extremely small it was a special occasion for us but it wasnt recognised. We also was charged 3 times with my bank card and had to call twice to try and get the charges removed which was stressful at the end of our stay

A wonderful hotel. Beaautiful, well located, friendly and helpful staff and many little perks. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was quiet and did not feel like the crowded chain hotels. Very personal.
