The breakfast spread here is good . Am impressed with the spread of good food.
Its location is good and near to restaurants. It does have a nice lobby.
What I do not like is the old male concierge who was a bit snooty and was not warm and helpful when i made an enquiry. The check in staff was nice and polite though.
The room was old fashioned and the twin beds were too small . The bathroom was too old-fashioned with a shower head that is not good as it leaked all night. The bath tub is a bit dangerous to manoeuvre.
My Uber driver cannot find the entrance to the hotel easily.

The location was perfect and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. There was an abundance of delicious choices for breakfast and the daily treats they left made our stay even more special. We will be back!
There was nothing that I didn’t “like“, but I would’ve preferred full glass coverage of the shower. Also, it would be a fabulous addition and a convenience, if they served dinner in that beautiful dining room.

The staff was friendly, exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, attentive and always made us feel special. The location can't be beat especially if you enjoy being able to walk to so much. The hotel held to some lost old world traditions such as catering to our every need, providing services ahead of time instead of having to be asked, and extensive room and dining care. The bedrooms were soundproof which allowed for a great night's sleep.
The decor could use an update - not the building, but the upholstery and some of the rugs - the color schemes make it feel dated and can seem less than what it really is.

Enormous breakfast buffet from 7 am to 11:30 am. Super comfortable bed with heavenly sheets. Concierges very helpful. Requests for ice or fresh towels were met immediately. Hotel is next door to Starbucks and also to train station to Sintra. Centrally located -- couldn't have asked for a better location.
We were a little close to the elevator. We asked to be moved but then we never followed through because it seemed like too much trouble. :)

It was gorgeous, felt extreme European. We loved the ambiance. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, we never even had lunch while in Lisbon because the breakfast was filling. Location was central and we could walk anywhere.

The service and attention to detail was incredible. Everything was well thought out. The staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back! Breakfast was incredibly delicious and had nothing lacking. So many good items to choose from. Rooms were lovely clean and beautiful. The hotel itself is so beautiful we lingered in the lounge area every morning after breakfast. A true delight!!

Stunning hotel with incredible hospitality and service. The location was the best we could ask for. The breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Very impressive. My mom and I absolutely cherished our stay here.
