The hotel staff was very helpful in making my early departure possible. The concierge staff were well informed about hotel services and the city of Lisbon.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the concierge who helped us with the taxi. The breakfast is amazing. The building itself is fabulous, truly a palace! What I liked the most were the concerts every evening for 1 hour in the lobby.

People very friendly, breakfast was food, however extras were very expensive especially considering the room rate ended up at $406 Euros
Final costs, in room toilet failed, only 1 x lift operating, transfer fee to airport was very expensive

Breakfasts were exceptional as were all of the staff except reception.

Our 3 breakfasts were wonderful. Lots of choices and friendsly staff.
Our room was very comfy and quiet.
Location of the hotel was perfect.
It was not easy to find the main entrance especially when arriving by car.
