Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a hotel of this category. We were allocated two rooms, both of which presented serious maintenance and hygiene issues, including: Bathroom door locks that were almost broken Carpets that were visibly dirty Scratched and damaged walls Wardrobe paint missing and furniture in poor condition Persistent unpleasant smell coming from the toilet Overall, the rooms were in very bad shape and did not correspond to the quality advertised on Booking.com. This significantly affected our comfort and our experience during the stay. In addition, we experienced an unpleasant and disappointing situation with hotel staff. Our son was not allowed to drink a tea that did not belong to the lounge bar, with staff stating that this was “hotel policy.” This rigid and unwelcoming behavior was surprising and inappropriate for a hotel claiming to offer 5-star service, and it further detracted from our stay.

The breakfast spread here is good . Am impressed with the spread of good food. Its location is good and near to restaurants. It does have a nice lobby.
What I do not like is the old male concierge who was a bit snooty and was not warm and helpful when i made an enquiry. The check in staff was nice and polite though. The room was old fashioned and the twin beds were too small . The bathroom was too old-fashioned with a shower head that is not good as it leaked all night. The bath tub is a bit dangerous to manoeuvre. My Uber driver cannot find the entrance to the hotel easily.
