This hotel felt like a complete scam. It was clearly stated that parking was guaranteed, but when we arrived, we were told it was full and not available. The same thing happened with breakfast, it was advertised as included, yet we were informed on-site that there were “issues” and it wouldn’t be provided. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the service overall was unacceptable. There were no towels provided, and it felt like the basic standards of hospitality were simply not met. I would not recommend this place

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The central location and underground car park were the main reasons I chose this place. I did later read that street parking was free after 1900 and at the weekend. The entrance was a little small and my car very large, so Enyou (I think this was his name) expertly guided me to my parking spot. The location was walking distance to Intendente Metro and even closer to a Lidl. There were bars and restaurants nearby. We could walk to the waterfront in 20 to 30 minutes. The rooms were clean, modern and contained a mini-safe.
The written reviews were quite negative, but we didn't find anything to complain about. We were also told prior to check in that building work was taking place with an advance apology for any noise or disruption. We were there Friday evening to Sunday and heard no noise whatsoever.

Lovely people, location excellent, clean and everything worked well.
Breakfast could be a bit broader on the selection, but the coffee is the most important thing anyways.

The location was really good! Also, in the night shifts there was the sweetest young guy taking care of the desk, he has an Afro. He would ask me all the time if I was okay and if I needed anything. That made my day and made me feel safe at night.
There was this one guy in the morning (he looked like the person in charge. He wore a grey suit) who was Portuguese and very rude. He kept staring at my boobs every single time I asked for something. Honestly I felt very objectified and a little unsafe with him.

It is close to centre . Also right next to Interdente Metro
The interior felt dingy and needed a deap clean like door handles. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I didn’t inspect more as I didn’t want to look further! The bathroom floor got dirty and I tried to wipe it with toilet roll . The cleaner came in and changed tge towels but didn’t clean the floor?
