It is close to centre . Also right next to Interdente Metro
The interior felt dingy and needed a deap clean like door handles. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I didn’t inspect more as I didn’t want to look further! The bathroom floor got dirty and I tried to wipe it with toilet roll . The cleaner came in and changed tge towels but didn’t clean the floor?

Relatively quiet area, friendly staff, clean room. Close to metro station. Only 30 min walk to cais do sodre.
Not the best area in Lisbon. Breakfast was very basic. Although there was an airco, temperature control was lacking.

avoiding this place
i was arriving by car to Lisbon in late night hours, flying early morning the next day, so i just needed a place to sleep and park my rental vehicle.
despite miserable review score for this hotel, i booked this place as in my filter "private parking" it was showing that this place provides one.
however, as soon as i booked the hotel, instead of saying Welcome, thank you for booking with us, they immediately messaged me saying there is no parking for me, that they would not reserve parking for their guests, and that only the ones who come early to the hotel can use the parking as they do not have enough space for all the guests who come with car and need a place to park.
naturally i requested to cancel my stay after that message and they took my money, they did not want to refund me.
i find it disgusting, unpprofessional behaviour not acceptqble for an EU country - no wonder this hotel has such miserable deserved ratings!
to be avoided at all costs!

I aaked for a quiet room and they assigned me a room at 1rst floor facing the road. Hopefully the road was not very noise but I'd have appreciated more attenzione on my request.
