Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Allowed us to keep are car in there garage even after check out so we could finish our sightseeing. Locations was great. Very clean and restful. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing
Nothing about that hotel is worth to talk about. Staff were very rude and unhelpful Even if you ask fora glass of water they say it is one euro. We had very , very bad experience. It was first time in our life traveling and having such a bad experience with hotel. We don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Bad, bad very bad

Amazing stay. Room was very spacious and well organized, it was very clean as well. I personally hate small bathrooms and showers, but you won't have this problem here, it was huge and comfortable. The best thing was the bed, it was extremely comfy and clean, the pillows were great. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Lisbon.
An iron should be placed in the room, that's the only observation I have.

I liked the bed, the shower and location of this hotel, very central.
Parking was included which was a big plus especially in the city center!
Staff was nice and friendly, they even gave us an umbrella to brave the rain ♥
The breakfast could have offered a better selection, coffee and the "fresh" juices were terrible.
Did not like to pay 20€ to have 1 bed with my spouse, they booked us 2 twin beds separately. I was not happy about that.

Close to the Parthenon. And several shopping areas. Also close to several local restaurants, which was nice to go have meals with the local locals.
Nice and roomy plenty of room for more than two people easily five people. It could be there or six.

The room was in very good condition, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The shower was the really a highlight with good water pressure and the blackout curtains were greatly appreciated. The staff was excellent - friendly, informative and a high level of care.
The noise from the hallway and other rooms carried a bit, but no more than one would expect.

1. The room was really clean and spacious.
2. The location was great. There was a shopping center just a couple of minutes’ walk away, along with some bus stops.
1. The mattress was too firm for a comfortable sleep. I asked for some additional blankets to make it softer, but that turned out to be a problem for the hotel staff — I had to ask multiple times, and it seemed that a hotel of this size didn’t even had a couple of spare blankets because after my first two requests, I received only one blanket instead of two, and the next day it was taken away. I had to ask again, and once more I was given just one blanket.
2. The breakfast offered only some scrambled eggs, a bacon alternative, and poultry sausages as savoury options, none of which were tasty. There were three coffee machines, and only one actually made coffee from beans — the other two produced coffee worse than that from a vending machine. The only bean-based option was espresso, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste good either.
3. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel corridors, probably because guests used to smoke there in the past.
4. We also had to wait at the reception during check-in, as the staff member didn’t speak English and had to call someone who did.

The staff was so wonderful. They let us keep our luggage there while we went to Coimbra by train for a few days. Spectacular view from our room. great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Location is bit far off the city center so need to taxi everywhere. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel and good value for money.

Good location near a metro line and easy to reach by car. Staff was wonderful and food options for food around.
It is a bit far from the center averaging 20 minutes on the metro to the main area. Also the parking is super tight and difficult to navigate especially if you have a non compact car or smaller. But if you can manage it, it is a good option to have. Keep in mind it is first come first serve so you may not find a space when the hotel is busy

Only 2 elevators, no kettle in room, if there are 2 twin beds, should be separated with a space in the middle & should have 2 nite stands & also one chair for 2 persons is not sufficient.
