The room was small, but recently renovated & clean. The location was good & the breakfast was buffet had good choices.

From entering the hotel lobby staff opened doors for us. Reception staff very pleasant. Staff showed us where lifts were. The room was very modern and plenty space and plenty sockets. Walk in shower was excellent. Im great location not far from metro station. Definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided a picnic breakfast on my last morning as I was catching an early flight before breakfast was available in the restaurant . It was possible for my daughter to join me for breakfast each morning at a small extra cost which I appreciated as she lives in Lisbon. Good location in Lisbon with many transport options

Our stay at Hotel Alif Campo Lisboa truly exceeded our expectations. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, and very well organized, with plenty of space and impeccable cleanliness. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It was also very quiet, we stayed on the seventh floor, and the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.
jI did not like all the regulations which felt like boarding school. I had breakfast early and wanted to meet up with my friends who were having breakfast late, just for company - not to eat. I was not allowed into the breakfast area a sencond time. One day I was quite sick and asked to have some fruit to be sent to the room and was told it would be E5 extra (which in the end the cancelled). The same day I was not allowed to sty in the room while it was being cleaned, another regulation. I have travelled all over the world for over 60 years and have never experienced such small minded control. Too bad, as the hotel is very nice.

Great location, clean and comfy, friendly staff, Breakfast OK, although I do not understand why I had to pay extra for a fried egg instead of a scrambled egg. Seems a bit small minded and takes away from the comfy feeling of trust.
There could be 2 bedside tables, one very small table for 2 people is not enough and there are no drawers to put anything. Also I did not like the controlling regulations that I could not join and sit with my friends who has come later to have breakfast as you are only allowed to go to the restaurant once. I was sick in bed and the maid was not allowed to come in and clean the room. Too many petty regulations make you feel like in school.
