Very Good
We had a very good stay overall. The location is excellent, especially for moving around Lisbon, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was good throughout our stay. We also appreciated receiving a renovated room, which made the stay more pleasant. The parking worked very well, which was a big plus for us.
The only downside was the quality of some renovation finishes. Whoever carried out the work does not seem to have done it with great care, as there were small issues such as water spilling onto the floor and wardrobe doors not working properly.

Location
The hotel breakfast did not meet my expectations. The selection was very limited and lacked variety, with almost the same items being served every day. After a few mornings, the breakfast became repetitive and uninspiring. I believe a wider range of options and more frequent menu changes would significantly improve the guest experience.

Location is nice.
No room service, bar or food facilities other than a very poor breakfast. The hotel is advertised as having a shuttle service but it's NOT free- in fact it's nearly 3 times the price of an Uber or Bolt.
€20 to the airport!
I was pressurised by the girl at reception into using their service and advised that if I took a taxi that I could be charged anything. Clearly steering me away from the other options Uber or Bolt.
I've stayed in much nicer hotels in Lisbon and definitely won't be using this hotel again.
