Wonderful
Lovely room on top floor with great views, very peaceful and spacious. Breakfast very good indeed.

The rooms are spacious and, clearly, freshly renovated. Very nice. Spotless clean. Position is excellent with easy access to the underground and many bus lines. The lobby maintain a vintage look that i do not dislike.

It’s horrible, the view from the bedroom is terrible. Seeing locals laundry and it was just not a good or nice view to see. The bed gave me Lowe back pain. You only get two bottles of welcome water. When I spoke to the receptionist about this, she told me I have to purchase my own water, as they only give us two bottle of water to welcome guest. The toilet paper was horrible.
I like nothing about the property- the property doesn’t give you a welcome feeling. Most staffs seems to be in their own world. No interaction or engagement from most staffs. The BED needs changing and more quality Bed is needed.

The location of the hotel is very good and close to the starting point of the hop on hop off tour busses. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection and is a good value. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking garage on the premises is also excellent! The personell was super friendly and helpful.

Clean tidy and great service. Soundproofed and very safe. Close distance to metro bus and a shopping centre for supermarket. The front staff were super friendly to deal with and the wifi was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely tidy and clean. Couldn’t fault a single thing.
It is close to a concert arena so might be noisy if Bassey but it was fine

We were located on the top floor which had a very good view of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and very clean. We also liked the breakfast. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The elevator was malfunctioning and it was not going up to the upper floors.
