The room was always clean and the facilities are good - perfect to rest and relax. Staff was always available. Simply one of the best hotels in Lisbon.
The price for the the night - however it is a problem nowadays in Lisbon. One member of the staff at the reception appeared to be a bit rude.

Very clean, Nice location, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was really nice with a good view of the city.
The only thing that didn’t work for me was the mattress was too hard for my liking but that’s just my personal preference more than anything, apart from that i really enjoyed my stay.

Great location for travelers by car. There are plenty of parking spaces around in the neighboring streets. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Not too far from metro station to go to Lisbon downtown. Reasonable price for the quality you get.

The room was clean and new, the bed was big and comfortable. Close to the metro and buses.
The mini fridge was at maximum but still not cold. The location was good if you wanted to be outside the main part of the city. Not much around the hotel itself. The hotel breakfast was not worth the money. Barely any selection of breakfast foods.
