Great breakfast. Location is not very central but the metro is just outside the door and you get to the city centre in 5 mins. Very convenient. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost you less than €10 which was amazing. Beds are very comfortable and shower had good pressure. Everyone was very gentle and helpful. We had a room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view at night.
Everything was good as such. The only minor issue was that the walls are quite thin and any noise coming from outside could be heard very clearly from the room.
Also, maybe a few more drawers for storage in the room would be useful.

I didn’t expect they do actually provide good breakfast !!! And with a view on top roof of the building. Very good money value. And just 1 min walk from metro! They also provide capsule coffee and still / sparking water in room.
If I have to be picky i have to say it’s a little be far from downtown centro. ( but with metro can arrive in 10 min or walk in 40 min) but also within a distance from centro centro provide you clean/ less noisy neighborhood.

The rooms was clean and breakfast is excellent and located on top of the roof. We can see thr city centre. Th staff was very friendly too.
The triple room was a bit small, and no chairs in the room. That's odd!

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It had all we needed for a night sleep.
The room was a bit hot and noisy (we could hear the plumbing system often during the night).

Check in was extremely slow. I had paid for a superior double room, but ended up in a standard twin room. Beds in these rooms are quite small (the room itself as well). Room decoration is a bit outdated.

Great location just next to the Alameda station. And walking distance from Alfama/Chiado as well. Nice restaurants around. Higher rooms have beautiful views. Our breakfast was on -1 floor so it's not always the roof top as mentioned in many reviews. Nice anyhow! Rooftop bar had great views. Great for exploring Lisbon and surroundings.
