Staff was helpeful
I had to wait almost 1 hour to get into my bedroom because key was not working. They had to find a maintenance person to change batteries, something they could have checked before. While I was waiting they could have offered me water or anything else, what didn't happen. I asked for another room but they were overbooked.

Perfect location for the metro and airport. Comfortable clean beds, massage chair was a treat and plenty of tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was great. Staff in the roof top bar at breakfast and in the evening were friendly and welcoming. Lovely welcome and help and support from reception staff.
Shower could have been better but no real problem.

Breakfast at the bar was great but it could have started before 8 as we had to leave for the airport at 8.30 so it was rushed.
The noise in the upstairs bar was dreadful. We complained to the reception but he was not able to get them to lower it. Fortunately it ended at 11pm but it disturbed our sleep and the children of under 10 who were with us. I think they could have lowered the tone a lot as its a small space and there were not many people there when we went to check. As we were there on a Saturday night I do not know if this is a regular or weekend occurrence. Also we should have been told that there is no walk-in shower as this is not convenient for older people.

Place is nice and very close to the airport. Clean apartment.
Only thing which wasn’t solved it’s availability of the kettle: I asked twice the receptionist but got answered that my request was accepted but housekeeper is temporarily out. The roof cafe was closing at 8 p.m.
