The hotel is very clean and the person who checked me in was friendly, professional and very helpful. When I said I would be gone before breakfast opened up, he offered a breakfast box, unfortunately the person in the morning didn't seem to know anything about it.
I honestly got there and crashed, so clearly no time to notice/experience anything negative.

It was supposed to be an overnight stay before a morning flight out
The evacuation alarm went off at midnight and the whole hotel was downstairs in the lobby and out in the street. The clerk was hard to find (obviously busy). We ended up taking a taxi to the airport at
1 AM after an hour of no explanation why we were all evacuated and the alarm still ringing.We EXPECT that booking will refund our stay, but we’ll see.

Location is great, on two metro lines - one to the airport and one to the main touristy areas of Lisbon. Breakfast was included and they had a good spread, including an entire gluten-free section.

Contrary to what I had read before staying here, our room looked freshly painted and everything about it was great. It was on the 9th floor and had a great view. The front office receptionist was very welcoming and hospitable and everything about the hotel was great. The big plus - its location next a metro and nine stops away from the airport and a massage chair which is exactly what one needed after walking the hills and steps of Lisboa!

Actually we went just for a few hours because we had a plane to take ar 23:50 and wanted some place to rest before the flight.
There was no option of reservation without breakfast or less money.

Good location, right next to a park, easily accessible with public transport from the airport and city centre, nice rooftop, spacious rooms, clean.
Having breakfast in the basement, instead of the rooftop, which was not offered as an option, even for an extra fee.

This place is awesome in terms of its proximity to the metro (right next to Alameda station), about 15 min. from Baxia-Chiado station (city centre). Also next to a bus stop. Next to a parc and very beautiful fountain. View from 11 floor eating area is great. Staff is friendly and professional - be it cleaning, admin, food ☺️?? The room with king size bed also had massage chai. Highly recommend this place for long/short stay for all travellers.

All the staff were great, pleasant and helpful. They held our luggage securely as we arrived well before check in allowing us to leave and explore Lisbon. When they found we were leaving around 2 am for a 5 am flight they packed us a to-go breakfast sandwich, fruit and juice. There is a roof top deck lounge for drinks and light food with an amazing 180 degree plus view of the city. The rooms were roomy by European standards. There were 3 of us and the room had a full and single bed Full bath. Plenty of hot water and AC worked well.

The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. One of the highlights was the massage chair, which felt amazing to use after a long day. Additionally, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes using the metro.

The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops, on a metro line, and right next to Alameda Park. The breakfast is decent and delicious, with a good assortment of dishes and pastries.
The property is older and could use some update.
