Breakfast at the bar was great but it could have started before 8 as we had to leave for the airport at 8.30 so it was rushed.
The noise in the upstairs bar was dreadful. We complained to the reception but he was not able to get them to lower it. Fortunately it ended at 11pm but it disturbed our sleep and the children of under 10 who were with us. I think they could have lowered the tone a lot as its a small space and there were not many people there when we went to check. As we were there on a Saturday night I do not know if this is a regular or weekend occurrence. Also we should have been told that there is no walk-in shower as this is not convenient for older people.

Party on the roof with loud music, which was shaking everything and making it difficult to sleep.

Good breakfast with enough choices, for example pastel de natas. Location right beside metro station. You can also walk to the centre if you wish. Warm room, warm water, clean bathroom.
Old fashioned bathtub, which is always a bit slippery and difficult. Roof terrace breakfast is apparently only for those who stay in the more expensive rooms. On the other hand, the basement breakfast room was cosier. Roof terrace wasn't too inviting for drinks either, despite the view.

The Metro was right at the front door so access to the city (and to the airport) was a breeze. The Rooftop breakfast was very good and the view from there was photo worthy.
Our room had a massage chair which was awesome after a long day's walking around the city.
The front desk staff were very good, stored our bags since we arrived early, and were helpful with directions and other questions.
Parking was not the best since no on-street parking was available and the underground was expensive for one night ($22CDN) and too far from the hotel to easily handle luggage transfer. This might discourage returning in future.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the rooftop with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable — we slept like on a cloud. The staff were simply excellent: they responded to all our requests and were very professional
