Good bed, good breakfast, nice rooftop bar with a view, easy transportation to airport and tourist areas.
Not much in the immediate neighborhood. There was a bad smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Love the room, the location, and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Bar and restaurant upstairs and several restaurants around the area.

Parking across the street. 14e per day.

Great value for money, it's more like a 4* and not 3* hotel. Breakfast was included in the price which I consider a bargain. I guess we were accommodated during the low season.
Location was very convenient for us, between city center and the airport.

Close to airport which is good for an early flight. Breakfast was nice and beds were comfortable.
Our room needed an overhaul. The laminate flooring was peeling up and getting all over our socks. The shower head curls into the wall so it was hard to get water on you. The key card placed in the wall socket caused all the lights to come on when you just needed the light turned on in the bathroom at night. The coffee was not as good as all the other places we stayed.

Accessibility to the metro
Bathroom needs to be upgraded! Old tile.This is our second stay in this hotel,our first stay ,our bathroom is upgraded but on our second stay our bathroom is so old tile and there is a crack tile on the bathtub

Handy to the airport yet in a mixed commercial and residential area, on a park with a fine coffee stand. Staff were helpful especially when we had a flight cancellation and had to return
The shower is in the tub, which is high and has no grab bars. A definite hazard for us oldies

Nice, comfortable hotel, conveniently located next to the Alameda Metro Station. Tasty breakfast on the rooftop bar with wonderful city views. Our room was very comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom. the staff was efficient and helped us with our needs. Many dining places nearby and a big park just outside the front doors.

Perfect location for a short trip to Lisbon. Staff was nice, the rooms are not big but sufficient. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, with good selection. Metro station directly in front of the entrance.
The hotel is located at a big square with lots of traffic, so light sleepers might wake-up to sirens and/or the bumbling of the metro in the early morning. But with windows closed, it's really ok.

The hotel is very clean and the person who checked me in was friendly, professional and very helpful. When I said I would be gone before breakfast opened up, he offered a breakfast box, unfortunately the person in the morning didn't seem to know anything about it.
I honestly got there and crashed, so clearly no time to notice/experience anything negative.

It was supposed to be an overnight stay before a morning flight out
The evacuation alarm went off at midnight and the whole hotel was downstairs in the lobby and out in the street. The clerk was hard to find (obviously busy). We ended up taking a taxi to the airport at
1 AM after an hour of no explanation why we were all evacuated and the alarm still ringing.We EXPECT that booking will refund our stay, but we’ll see.

Location is great, on two metro lines - one to the airport and one to the main touristy areas of Lisbon. Breakfast was included and they had a good spread, including an entire gluten-free section.

Wonderful
Contrary to what I had read before staying here, our room looked freshly painted and everything about it was great. It was on the 9th floor and had a great view. The front office receptionist was very welcoming and hospitable and everything about the hotel was great. The big plus - its location next a metro and nine stops away from the airport and a massage chair which is exactly what one needed after walking the hills and steps of Lisboa!
