The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It had all we needed for a night sleep.
The room was a bit hot and noisy (we could hear the plumbing system often during the night).

Check in was extremely slow. I had paid for a superior double room, but ended up in a standard twin room. Beds in these rooms are quite small (the room itself as well). Room decoration is a bit outdated.

Great location just next to the Alameda station. And walking distance from Alfama/Chiado as well. Nice restaurants around. Higher rooms have beautiful views. Our breakfast was on -1 floor so it's not always the roof top as mentioned in many reviews. Nice anyhow! Rooftop bar had great views. Great for exploring Lisbon and surroundings.

The location of hotel is perfect, in very frequent but calm neighborhood with metro station just in front of the hotel entrance door, surrounded with several nearby restaurants and huge park with Light fountain. Local fashion shopping street is in the parallel to the hotel street so, no need to go to city center although it is very near by metro or bus. The red metro line will get you right from the airport to the hotel. Rooms clean, furniture and bathroom a bit aged but well maintained. Breakfast is excellent, beside the usual morning food, there is a lot of fresh fruit. Staff more then polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will be my choice each time I visit Lisbon.
