Location was quite good and room good size for 3..
Reception staff were close to rude and not at all engaging.. I felt like I was putting them out when checking in. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited quite a while at the reception desk while the woman was obviously doing paperwork. My husband said his home gym was better than the hotel set up and the pool was not in service.

The staff were excellent, we mainly dealt with two young men.
The prices of beer in the reception, the lack of a proper lounge for guests. Pool is tiny, so we didn't use it. Load noise from toilets. Basic facilities. Breakfast was poor and not value for money

The hotel is very tired and dated. It is long overdue refurbishment. The staff were poor and disorganised. Breakfast didnt start until 07.30 and often wasnt ready on time. This is frustrating when you have morning commitments.
