Location is great. Place is very clean. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.
So the AC temperature control unit doesn’t work. The heating was too much for me that I had to open the window. Also a coffee machine would be a great addition to the room but they have coffee for sale at the reception anyway at a very reasonable price so not much of a big deal to not have it at the room.

The hotel offers lots of extras, including a rooftop pool and a gym.
Having to pay immediately at the lobby bar (as opposed to adding it to the room). Some of the facilities were quite worn out, not fitting a 4 star hotel. I was expecting a bit better service overall.

The hotel is very average and nothing special. Customer service and hospitality are quite poor. Breakfast was basic and very simple. On the first day, I was given a terrible room that was really unacceptable. When I complained and asked to switch hotels, they told me they wouldn’t refund my money, though I could leave if I wanted. From my travel experience, I found their attitude very unprofessional

the staff, the room, the facility itself and okay for the location since it’s about 15-20mins car ride via bolt where the prices of the bolt (like uber) is super cheap.. if you are going to check out by noon and your flight is not till later they have a free locker to stall your luggage with a key .. hence a great hotel for the great value..

The hotel's location is really good. Helpful stuff. Cheaper price compared to other offers.
AC during the hard period in Lisbon was not working in 3 rooms. Staff people are really trying to help us, but the real problem is that this hotel needs some renovation.
