The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had the breakfast buffet which was very good for the price. the location is perfect for getting around Lisbon and the airport. I think this is a perfect location for a few nights in Lisbon.
Some more amenities in the room (iron, board), no A/C, a car alarm kept going off all night. Otherwise the place was great.

The bathroom had a leak from the shower, which left the bathroom floor wet after every shower.
I also forgot two necklaces in the room. I returned to the hotel to collect them, but I was told they were not there, even though I am absolutely sure I left them in the room. Since checking out, I have been calling the hotel every day, and they keep saying they will check and call me back, but they never do.
This is completely unacceptable. The service has been careless and disrespectful. They repeatedly say they will verify the situation and contact me the next day, but nobody ever gets back to me. I have been calling every single day since I left the hotel. This is absurd. Tourists should not be treated with such disregard and lack of respect.

Location. Near the airport and train station.
Poor soundproofing. Noise from landing planes . Old towels. Cleaning only upon request. Draining water from the floor above. Two sockets were not enough for us. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room and water every day.

Hotel has been undergoing renovações, but still very dated. Landings are very dark as most lights appear to have been removed.

The room was lovely, bathroom big and spacious and my bed was comfortable.
I didn't realize at booking that breakfast wasn't included. This may have been more of an oversight on my end.
