Friendly staff and great location.
The room located on the upper floor is quite noisy due to all the machinery installed in the roof and poor soundproof.
Unfortunately during our stay we never had shower gel in the bathroom.
Upon requesting for the dispenser to be refilled nothing happened.

clean and confortable
first day: leaking rain water from the ceiling. It had been leaking for a whole day and a whole night. They only fixed it next morning.
Third night: fire alarm had sounded for about an hour. Called reception and they said “everything is ok”
Breakfast buffet is mediocre.
Male staff members seemed to be indifferent to guests. The young ladies at least smiled to us.

This is a decent hotel in Lisbon. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has a good location in a nice area near two or three metro stations on different lines. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Rooms maybe have dated design but there are no defects, it's all very clean and feels like it's new.
All towels had musty smell like they are not properly dried.

Wonderful
My room had a major thing going for it: the bed is amazing, so huge and comfortable! Overall a nice place to stay, comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood. It also has free parking (the description says that it's available for a fee but in fact it's free). The water is nice and warm very quickly after you open the tap.
It's a little dated and doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Many TV channels were showing an error. The towels could be a little better washed because mine smelled a little bit of damp. But overall a very nice place to stay.

The location wasn’t so bad from the main part of downtown although a lengthy walk.
No coffee or tea in the room, the breakfast was not good. The coffee was bad at breakfast as well, not worth it for the price

Wonderful
The room was very spacious with a full lounge area. The view of the city was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely.

To leave the parking, you have to press a button/ring on reception. The girl on the reception didn't hear it and I have to leave the car and run to the reception. They can install more modern system.

Very clean facility and helpful employees. Fabio was super nice and helpful. He made the checkin process easy, he also helped in parking and sightseeing.
They clean room every 3rd day unless you ask fir, i think more than every other day is too much

It is in a good place, close to the subway and the staff was nice and helpful.
Old hotel, my room didn’t have door at the wardrobe and fridge, were broken. A renovation would be really nice.

Nice location, train station and metro is nearby so it's easy to get to city center or to nearest destinations

Hotel 3K Barcelona is good, I had feeling as 20 yeas ago, very classical, a lot of space in room and bathroom, all amenities. There were great breakfast! The staff is enough friendly and helpful.

Everywhere on reception, in corridors and in rooms there was unpleasant smell that irritated my nose. I needed to keep window opening:(
