Location and we'll organized. Staff was very knowledgeable. It was very well maintained propetty.
Most of the staff was very friendly. I came 1/2 before check in and one guy told me to waited. Another guy gave me the room 5 min later. It seemed unnecessary.
I kept hearing running water in drain pipes at night. It was pretty loud.
I am over 55yo and I think the room needed a little more light.
I think overall it is a 3 ? not a 4 star hotel

It went according to expectations on both occasions. Free parking is a plus
The breakfast is a complete letdown. It could only be more synthetic if you chewed on cardboard or styrofoam. PLENTY of room for improvement. Not to be expected on a 4 star rated hotel

Location: Features own parking and offers numerous metro and train options for easy access without a car.
There were not many people!
Some old furniture was there. Additionally, a radio and switches were near your head while you sleep, and you sometimes accidentally turn them on.

Looks like it was updated. Very nice.
When we checked in, the staff wasn’t very inviting. The morning staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was outstanding. Bed and sheets were very comfortable.

Pretty good area, about 15 min. drive from the airport. We stayed for one night. We got a suite and it had 2 rooms, sleep 4 with a large balcony. Clean, comfortable beds, we had a good rest here. Breakfast was a nice spread, fresh and tasty. They don't have a restaurant, butdo have room service, an interesting solution that we actually took advantage of and really liked. You order online and they deliver fresh, warm, nicely packaged, to the room. Nothing fancy, but we had some very nice burgers and chips and we didn't have to go anywhere. All in all, we had a good stay.
Other than the (comfy beds) there was a very small vanity and one small chair. No room for your suitcases or to sit and eat the food we ordered. But we only stayed one night, so it really wasn't bad. I saw a sign about their renovations, so this could be something already being addressed.

It was located on a quiet street close to the airport, but did not have an airport shuttle. We did like that it was located near lots of eateries and several parks within easy walking distance. The rooms were beautiful

Kettle and some coffee and Tea were missing, I don't want to go to reception to ask for it. Its better if it would be already there.

Extremely big bed, electric kettle, big desk space, location was great as well. Reception was helpful when requesting extras. Good for parking (very few accomodations with parking in November).
Local tax was not disclosed (important for tourists), so final price was higher. Entry to parking lot is also an exit and we had to reverse a few times as cars where exiting (and you cannot see them when driving in) so be ready for that.

Large room and bathroom; super comfortable bed; although it is an old hotel, it is quite clean and comfortable; enough toiletries and clean towels and sheets; functional heating system.
There was a lot of noise when the guests from above were flushing or using the bathroom; the ceiling was quite dusty; the tiles inside the bathroom were moldy; bad lighting.

Location was exactly what we were after for this trip and there was ample parking. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was great.
