The interior was unique and quirky, with fun paintings on the wall in each room. Breakfast was simple but good — eggs, croissants, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. The location is perfect for walking to most of the must-see sights in the city and close to the train station. The staff were very communicative and accommodating — they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout when I missed my morning train.

Location!!!! Great place to explore the city by foot or public transport!. The rooms are small but super confortable, the staff is super nice and helpful. Great value for money!
There is no view from the rooms although they all have Windows overlooking the narrowed streets... but that really just adds to the charm :)

The location was excellent—-right in Alfalma which we love and only a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Was nice also to be close to the metro station—-this made it easy to take the metro from the airport.

Staff were amazing. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Triple glazing kept the noise out (and this was during festival time!) Location was great. Breakfast was a nice option to have.

The hotel is in a great location. Small cute hotel. Fun decoration. Very clean and guests and staff are very kind. Breakfast was lovely. Not a lot of options but very good quality for salty and sweet palates.
In front of Fado museum and surrounded by a lot of restaurants where you can enjoy a great Fado and dinner experience!

Great Location in Alfama, good restaurants within 10min walk.
The room was just enough, the everyday room cleaning was a pleasant surprise
The room was bit but actually we realised last day that there was air conditioning remote that actually could maybe solve it :D
+ when the hotel was full the breakfast space was crowded and not much comfortable to use but that is not a major issue at all

It was close to the departure port and that was very handy. It is also the oldest part of Lisbon and it is quite a gem of history. The Castle and the other things surrounding were great.
Just a little larger room, we managed but it was quite small, maybe my expectations were too high.

Excellent location for exploring Alfama district, with bars and restaurants close by. Also close to buses and metro station. The staff were very helpful. Loved the modern art work.
There is no lift so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues.
