Wonderful
Central location in Lisbon, friendly helpful staff, great walking tour and tour guides offering local places for shopping, food as well entertainment. Washrooms are immaculate and very clean, hostel is very welcoming and decor is unique.
Shampoo and bodywash should be included with stay. Breakfast should be included or 5 euros.

Very Good
The hostel has a great location, which made it very convenient for getting around Lisbon. I also appreciated that the bathroom is located outside of the dorm room, so you don’t hear people going in and out or using the bathroom during the night, which made the room feel quieter.
For the lower bunk, the privacy curtain does not fully close all the way to the ladder, so there is still a visible gap and the bed is not completely private. My room was on the fourth floor, and there appeared to be only one bathroom available for girls staying in the mixed dorms on that floor. There were bathrooms on the third floor, but I could not access them with my key card. Since I was in a mixed 6-bed dorm and could not access the bathroom in the girls-only dorm area, it seemed like all girls staying in mixed dorms on the same floor had to share that one bathroom, which was not enough.

Exceptional
Female only wings/facilities, huge kitchen & multiple refrigerators for groceries, clean bathrooms & showers, organized events every night with Yes Hostel, really friendly staff
Hard mattress, spotty wifi, & no soap provided in the showers

Good
The staff were all very helpful. The location is in a great section of lisbon to walk around easily. The room was clean and bathrooms pretty clean. Its perfect for a very young crowd who want to party.
It's not for the older crowd lets say! Its a party hostel, which is fine, but not for me. Its definitely geared toward the very young crowd. I had girls coming in at 5am to bunks on a Tuesday night. The kitchen is not really set up to use and the spaces again are not cozy, relaxing drink your coffee in the morning or night spaces. If you are looking to party and are below 25- its probably a great spot.

Perfect place to stay for a solo traveler ! So many activites organized by the hostel. Breakfast and dinner are so good, very worth the money, and an excellent place to meet people ! If you can, do the guided tours of the city, and the Sintra tour, Zé and Joao were both amazing guides !
It is an hostel so if you book a dorm room, expect people coming back late at night or leaving early morning. Bring earplugs and eye mask as the top beds don't have curtains ! People were in general very respectful though :)

Extremely friendly, welcoming and warm staff. Great value for breakfast and dinner with mama. Free walking tours and paid sintra tours offered at the hostel.
All good things come to an end.

The hostel was nicer than anticipated and we regretted only having on night here! We did not take advantage of the dinner but the breakfast was very nice. Everything was clean and well organized and lovely. Hostel staff was very helpful even offering to store luggage after our reserved night while we were out for the day and between hostels.
Nothing really!

Wonderful
Great location with a very sociable atmosphere. The common spaces are all quite lovely and it was nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities available. I attended a Mama’s dinner and a walking tour, both of which really encouraged the sense of community. I wished I could have done the Sintra day trip, too, but it was full.
Can be noisy when trying to sleep. Shower stalls on the 3rd floor wouldn’t latch. I felt the shared meals were quite expensive for what is offered, especially when there are many excellent cafes nearby to get breakfast for less, but having the option to visit a nearby grocery store and use the kitchen is a great alternative.

This is a great urban hostel. Very well set up. Lots of bathrooms. Excellent privacy in the bedrooms. Beds have solid walls, curtains, lights, dedicated electric outlet and ample locker below. Staff was super friendly. The morning breakfast was ample and delicious. Open 24 hours so you can enjoy Lisbon nightlife. There is a room for luggage where you can leave your bags before and after checkin/out.
I liked it all.
