the staff was very helpful and polite. i had a problem with some weird ticking sound in the room, but i was moved to another room the next morning. was really really appreciated.
unfortunately, the room i was moved to, was in the smoking section, which for me is a weird section to have these days. and the whole section smelled dirty and of old smoke. the room itself was fine.

Old building, water clogging in bathrooms, non clean premises, no refilling of water & coffee bar without request. Soap bottles were empty & was not refilled.When we complained, staff tried to normalize it. Not value for money, not worth half the amount we paid.

We had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn in Lisbon. While it is not located in the most central part of Lisbon, there were plenty of nice restaurants and in a way, it felt more authentic and real than the touristy parts of Lisbon.

The staff manning the front desk and cafeteria areas were very much customer oriented....made good eye contact, smiled despite my bad language skills, and were very helpful with any question or request made. Perfect! The room cleaning staff were excellent also.
Fresh orange juice machine in dining lounge would be a hit! The juices available had pretty much the same flavour/texture and gave a grocery store look on the display/ service counter.

Everything was nice… but our room was on the side of the trash pick up i. The early morning hours daily. But not a big problem really.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was so comfortable and children safe. Love the pool area with it's breathtaking views. The breakfast and bar blew my mind how good the food and service was. I will definitely come back again. The was perfect and fair.
