Wonderful
We had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn in Lisbon. While it is not located in the most central part of Lisbon, there were plenty of nice restaurants and in a way, it felt more authentic and real than the touristy parts of Lisbon.

The staff manning the front desk and cafeteria areas were very much customer oriented....made good eye contact, smiled despite my bad language skills, and were very helpful with any question or request made. Perfect! The room cleaning staff were excellent also.
Fresh orange juice machine in dining lounge would be a hit! The juices available had pretty much the same flavour/texture and gave a grocery store look on the display/ service counter.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was so kind and professional & helped with any question or need we had. The rooftop pool was nice on a hot day.
Everything was nice… but our room was on the side of the trash pick up i. The early morning hours daily. But not a big problem really.

Good breakfast, good location to metro and restaurants. Not as close to the airport as we thought
Our friends had extra items in their room that we didn’t. The tub was not very clean. The breakfast was very good. The construction across the road started early and we could here the workers yelling to each other

The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was so comfortable and children safe. Love the pool area with it's breathtaking views. The breakfast and bar blew my mind how good the food and service was. I will definitely come back again. The was perfect and fair.

The location was close enough to other options that it was convenient. A 10-20 minute walk got you where you needed to be or get access to metro.
The exercise room was greatly disappointing. The AC didn't work well at all and it was extremely hot. There were no mats for floor exercises. The listing advertised a Queen bed, but the room had a Full. Very disappointing!

Nice room and decent facilities
Didnt meet expectations for price, majority of the staff didnt speak any english and the service overall was not great for the pricepoint. Lost a sheet to the cleaning, and was just more trouble than you'd expect. Overall nice stay but not worth it for the pricetag.

The pool!
I have traveled in many countries in europe. I was not told that to work the lights you have to use your card to work the lights and plugs. I asked why no one told me. He saud everywhere does that so we assumed you knew. NOT EVERYWHERE IN EUROPE DOES THAT!

The location near the airport….Which is what we needed
The bathroom layout was poorly designed and very small. We were not able to sit on the toilet due the fact that the vanity was so close. We had to sit sideways so that our knees would not hit the cabinet.

Positive:I recommend the hotel. The room is cleaned daily, the staff is respectful and eager to help. We had 2 meals included and the food is fabulous both at breakfast and dinner. At dinner we were served by Louis who I recommend to everyone.
Negative:Although the description states that the rooms are soundproof, there is a door between the rooms that connects 2 rooms. For 2 nights we had the misfortune of having some uneducated people as neighbors who drank until 2 am and ended up fighting. The rooftop pool makes no sense if you want relaxation and peace. The children are left unattended and you can't stay for 5 minutes without being splashed by those playing in the pool and if you dare to enter the water when you come out you will find your sun loungers occupied even though you have towels and clothes on them.I almost forgot: the wind comes in through the windows and the noise is quite loud.

Wonderful
The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. The room size was also quite generous, especially by Lisbon standards.
The staff could have been more informative for hotel amenities. Additionally, the parking garage was extremely tight.
