There was so much to like about our stay at the InterContinental Lisbon. The hotel has a beautiful layout and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard, with everything we needed, including a great TV, Wi-Fi and all the essential amenities. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There was a good choice and it was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality, comfort and presentation of the hotel. It definitely lived up to my expectations of a five-star hotel, and I would happily return and recommend it to others visiting Lisbon.

Our stay was good. All the front desk, restauant staff , support and house keeping staff were very helpful, appreciate it. Keep up the good work. Location was 20 minutes to the centre by taxi and about 15 minutes to the main bus and train station by taxi. We had a good view of the area as we were on the top floors and our windows faced in front of the hotel.
We were a bit unhappy that there was work going on in the hotel for renovations and that the pool was not operational. If we knew that at the time of booking we may have selected another place.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would particularly like to thank Francelino, the Front Office Manager, for the trust and kindness he showed us. Our daughter is temporarily living in Lisbon, and Francelino kindly lent us something that she needed without asking for any deposit or security. We really appreciated this gesture and, above all, the trust behind it. It was a level of personal service that we will remember. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with everything we needed. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money. It is not an expensive luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be one. Instead, it provides exactly what you should expect: a clean, comfortable and well run hotel with excellent service and genuinely friendly staff.
There is honestly very little to criticise. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay because it is currently being renovated. Of course, renovations are sometimes necessary, so we understand the reason. Apart from this, we really have no suggestions for improvement.
