Large clean rooms. I liked that the downstairs bar was open and had dinner as I was just staying there due to a long overnight layover in Lisbon prior to my flight the next day.
The pillows were awful for such a hotel. You could tell they were old. Not a single firm pillow even thought there was 4 of them.
I did not like there was no shuttle option for a hotel that was recommended close to the airport. The taxi drivers rip your off for a 10 min drive with a minimum of 20 euros. Use uber! (The taxi driver was rude when I asked him questions about the cost and requested a receipt).

The staff is wonderful! The employees are very plesssnt, welcoming and eager to assist.
I wasn’t impressed by the cuisine… in fact, I didn’t enjoy the very bland and tasteless dinner at all! It reminded me of the one and only time I ate iat a diner?!

The room was clean and good size.
The room looked dated. The bathroom didn't have a walk in shower and there wasn't room on the vanity for our toiletries. Water splashed out of the tub and made the floor wet.
The power outlet for my electronics was not convenient by the bed.
The breakfast was terrible. My eggs were cold and very limited options for food. The coffee from the machine was not good. Also, the dining room was overcrowded and very unpleasant.
The dining room was underground without windows and generally unattractive.

Very Good
Room was nice considering we had four people in it. Beds could be a little more comfortable but not bad. Staff were very friendly and quite helpful. Elevators are slow. Breakfast was very good though if you get there a bit later some items run out. Most days we were at breakfast early.
The surrounding area looks a bit run down but I did not feel unsafe. It's not the hotel's fault. The hotel was clean. At no time in Portugal did I feel unsafe.

Staff courtesy and location, close to metro and a small mall.
Shower was letting water flow outside the tub and onto the floor. We put double towels to stop slipping when getting out of the tub.
