Nice and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. The location is good, 10 mins walk are two Metro stations. Breakfast was good.
Just be careful that there is no fridge in the rooms, you can leave the products in the bar.

Location is near the bus, metro( walkable), breakfast is the same almost everyday.
Airconditioning. It was not working properly. It was hot during the nights we stayed there. Spoke to the lobby and my room air is always turned off. I was told to leave the door card key so it will function but still hot

The location was perfect. In the quiet place of Lisbon, but still quite close to every part of the city. Breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and local pastries were delicious.

- very kind staff, always here to help
- the breakfast was abundant, good and delicious
- very clean rooms with everything provided, cups, boiling kettles, coffee
- the place is well located in the town centre and there are a lot of shops and restaurants around accessible by walking only
- best value for money hotel I have been to

I’m giving it a 10 star not because the stay is “perfect” but because it’s as perfect as it can get for the money we paid. Clean, comfortable, well located and with a good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
