Very nice asian food restaurant next to the hotel
My room was on the street, it was a quiet enough street (I sleep with earplugs anyway) but I was there during public holidays (ymmv).

Great value for price, had a room for two adults and a child, and received a double room with comfy sofa bed for our 12 year old. The location is perfect, metro station is 3 min walk and very central, has many restaurants around.
More choices for breakfast, although it was good, just that it was the same options every day.

Location
The bed sheets were torn in several places. The room and bathroom were relatively clean. However, after taking a shower, since the room window could not be fully opened, the entire room became very humid, which was somewhat uncomfortable.
The hotel’s location was convenient, close to both bus and metro stations. There were also restaurants nearby, and the area was quiet, making it easy to rest at night.
The furniture in the lobby was dirty and full of stains. Breakfast was very poor — we stayed for four nights, and it was low quality with very little variety.
The staff were friendly and polite.
Overall, I cannot give this hotel more than a 7 out of 10, and honestly, I would not recommend it.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh local produce and plenty of choice and constantly kept topped up by staff.
The bed mattress was too hard and not very comfortable.

The location, the breakfast, the parking for the automobile, and the staff.
The shower water was difficult to adjust, but I could manage.
