Close proximity to Marquis de Pombal metro station and Ave Liberdade. Breakfast selection, shower stalls( one of the reasons this hotel was selected).

Decent property without being superb . a typical holiday inn express hotel that meets your needs but does not flatter or excite you . Breakfast was basic, rooms were small but well maintained and daily house keeping was provided . location is good close to most Lisbon attractions .

Good location, just a few minutes walk from the metro station (Marquês de Pombal). Friendly staff, available 24x7 to take care of your needs. Appreciate the orientation shared by Diego at the Reception, that helped us to understand how to get around.
Would be nice to have an option for lunch / dinner, maybe a functional restaurant?

Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The reception, breakfast staff and housekeeping were all excellent. The proximity to hop on hop off bus and restaurants was great. The rooms were excellent size for European standards , plenty of room to layout suitcases, watch tv and a nice bathroom size. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Overall great value and wonderful staff. I recommend this hotel and would definitely be back.

Breakfast offered a variety without waste. There was a system in place. Cleaning daily done promptly. Fridge empty though. I guess we must ask for slippers and tooth paste. But location was great and staff more helpful and kind than smiling. Kept our bags for extra hours

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is very good and complete
I found a big piece of bread below the sofa bed. The bread remain there for our whole stay. On the last day, we said goodbye because we had become good friends.

Sometimes during day time they would close the entrance either the ramp and you had to enter using the old main entrance with uncomfortable six steps.
