The staff was mostly very helpful and friendly. The location is gorgeous, very close to public transportation and markets. The breakfast was quite good. The room was clean.
Some furniture could be renovated.

I chose this hotel in Lisbon because it is a well-known hotel chain, and it met my expectations.
The location was very good and convenient for getting around the city.
The staff were helpful, solution-oriented, and professional throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered good quality and variety.
Overall, it was a comfortable and reliable choice, and I would consider staying here again.
The only issue I noticed was that the wardrobe was insufficient and not very practical to use if you stay more than 2 days.

Room clean and cleaned zvery day. An additional bed was added/prepared for our child.
With the added bed the room was quite small. The bathroom starts to look old. Staff could have been a bit more welcoming or saying hello but we can understand that doing it all day long can also be boring. Maybe is this feeling due to the location of the counter, but not so important.

Room was ample size, breakfast offered ample bread and pastries, and fresh fruit. Location just off of Avenue Liberdade was convenient to walk into city. Safe functioned well.
For a multiday stay, having no drawer for clothes was inconvenient. Breakfast offered a york ham every day rather than local salame or chorizo. Milk was not kept cold. "American" pancakes premade, cold, no maple syrup. Door of entry abut top step so difficult to open with and without luggage; the alternate accessible door was always locked with no apparent way to enter even after checkin. Door needs painting.

Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom good size overall. Great location just outside historic city, but easy walk in via Avenue Libertade. Easy to use safe. Fresh fruit at breakfast, broad selection of bread and bakery items.
For a multi-day stay, the lack of a drawer to put clothes was inconvenient, so we converted sofa into place for our luggage and clothes. Breakfast was not at the Holiday Inn standard. While bread and bakery items, and cheese were plentiful, the bacon was largely uncooked, scrambled eggs overcooked, and the provision of unappetizing fatty york ham every day rather than local salami or chorizo was disappointing. The milk was not kept cold, and one day bordered on sour. The "American" pancakes were premade, therefore cold, and no maple syrup was offered. The stairs to get into the building buts up to the door, which is heavy and difficult to navigate even without luggage. The door you are directed to for easier access is locked, and has no apparent key access even after to you check in. The front door also needs painting. Basically, it raised questions whether a licensed to Holiday Inn location is the same as a real Holiday Inn.

Room and bathroom were ample size, which is why I selected over IBIS. Ample bread, pastry, and fresh fruit offerings at breakfast. Safe easy to use. Nice location off of Ave. Liberdade, easy walk to city and places for dinner nearby.
No drawer to put clothes was inconvenient for multiday stay. Some breakfast items were unappetizing and offered everyday, uncooked bacon, fatty york ham instead of local salame, pre-cooked "american" pancakes--cold with no maple syrup offered, milk for cereal not kept cold. Front door dangerously flush with top step making it difficult to cross threshhold with or without luggage--and alternative "accessible" door was always locked. Door needs painting. I had wondered what a hotel "licensed" to Holiday Inn was, and it's clearly not as well maintained as a corporate Holiday Inn.

Central location. Nothing fancy. Clean. Included breakfast in morning a nice perk. We ask for a high room...gives a peekaboo look at the water in the distance
