The location of HF Fénix is fantastic for exploring Lisbon. We didn’t get time to use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it and the staff in the hotel including the rooftop bar were very friendly. We had breakfast each day in the hotel and the choice was very good. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

The location and facilities.
The bathroom, the door to toilet doesn't have privacy. Was very weird. I had to use the toilet at the lift as no privacy was really bothering us.

Room, location, staff were all exceptional. Loved that breakfast was an option to be included and definitely took advantage of that. Special shout out to the team at the roof top bar, and the staff at the front desk. All were so friendly, so responsive, and helped us in every way. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back!

The location is excellent. Right at the main centre of Lisbon with direct access to transport. The main shopping district is a five minute walk. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing.
The breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. The brewed coffee was often out and not replaced with fresh supply.

Lovely staff, all very keen to help with anything you need and very friendly. Nothing was too much of a problem. Very welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, enough food to choose even for picky eaters. Beds were comfortable and we loved the music theme in the hotel - the lyrics on the soap were a lovely surprise. :) The staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. :)
Too bad that it was necessary to ask for plant-based or lactose-free milk. However, there was no problem receiving it after asking, so it's not a big deal.:)
One thing that we didn't like is the fact that the bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room, in case of our friends' room - the bathroom was basically a part of the hall and in case of my friend's and mine, it was like a room without a door, located in the hall (after you enter the room). It just doesn't give you any privacy.
