Great contemporary decor. Huge bed, very comfortable. Excellent shower. Good breakfast buffet. Good WiFi.
The WiFi is not password protected so the use of a VPN is essential.

Great location just near the tour bus starting point, a lovely park and lots of transport options. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and there was a good variety at breakfast. The decor was really fun in a music theme, and the popcorn available in the lobby was a nice touch. There is a small unheated pool on the roof which was good to cool off in, even at the start of April!
The bathroom set up was a bit odd but we managed! The lights were exciting and you sometimes ended up with a bit of a disco vibe, but that might have been our incompetence in managing them!

It was modern, pool area was lovely. Breakfast was ok but the 'warm' food wasn't very warm.
If you have a late flight and want to still ecpkire Lisbon or soend time by the pool, there is NO option to use a room to get ready for your return home. You have to shower in a none lockable room...trying to fit your case in. I then had to dry my hair from a random plug socket, without a mirror etc. COME ON HF FENIX, these are basic requests which would help your guests.

Perfect for a couple looking to explore Lisbon
Rooftop bar had to drink out of plastic cups because of the pool. Would have preferred anything else than drinking coffee from a plastic beer mug.

Great hotel! Unfortunately we just stayed for one night before our flight but we can recommend this hotel 100%. If you visit Lisbon, this is the place to be. Grat location, you can walk to the city or just take the tram or bus. The room was super comfy and clean. We loved it!

Absolutely everything. Here you really sincerely care about the guest and are interested. I have probably never met better staff on a business trip. Good breakfast and everywhere is clean and fragrant.
