Great location in the middle of the city. The hotel was clean, had plenty of amenities and very friendly staff who were attentive and accommodating. We were able to check-in ahead of time since our room was ready. We had a high floor with a great view. The room, and the hotel itself, had a retro music theme going on. This included a Bluetooth sound system in the room and ambient mood lighting.
The bathroom was a bit dark and had a Semi-Open concept going on. This meant that there were sliding doors to the shower and toilet but not one to the bathroom itself.

The musical theme of the hotel is charming, there were many details in the room and the common areas that were fun to discover. The location is well positioned. The room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and supportive during our stay. For breakfast, there were many options to choose from and food was good, the daily pasteis de nata were a delicious treat. Plus, we were surprised with musical/dance moments on Saturday morning, these brought good energy for the day. Thank you!

Handy for the metro. Great views from the rooftop bar and swimming pool. My room had a terrace which was nice. Good sized fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable. A/C was quiet and efficient. Reception and barman in the reception piano bar were very helpful and friendly. Liked the funky vibe of the decor.
Fault with the light system in my room meant I was woken at 4.00am by a very bright, flashing green light in my room. Took a few minutes before I was able to stop it happening.
No chair or desk/table in my room.
Soft furniture in the reception bar was not very comfortable.

CHECK-IN: easy and quick. Maps and info are provided. Breakfast options from 12€
STAFF: friendly and always present, willing to help with luggage, taxi calling and internal services.
WIFI/VPN: works, but don't expect full speed and stability. Ok to browse maps and look for attraction. Won't rely on it to work.
ROOM: size is correct for multiple days.
STYLE: minimal and simple with this touch of music and colored lights.
POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: everything goes off, but some sockets. There is a fridge, for instance, and this is always running.
CLEAN: very much indeed.
BATHROOM: has no door. Toilet and shower have their own. Ok, spacious enough to move about easily.
QUIET: besides the traffic outside, yes. But cars are really an issue if you keep the window open.
LOCATION: Underground metro to get moving, just round the corner. Something to see already from your window!
SERVICES AROUND: small and bigger supermarket in a walking distance.
VALUE FOR THE MONEY: honest, considering the location and the quality of the stay.
RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: some italian and some international ones.
PLUS: roof terrace with a small swimming pool you can use during the day by yourself and an astonish view over the city! WOW!
There are water bottle and snack vending machines in the common areas. Which is good already. But not all of them accept cards and water is overpriced.
Bathroom has no door. Toilet and shower box have, but still it feels things can mix up with whom is in bed.
Shower works, but the door system tent to leave the bathroom's (and hence the room's) floor flooded.
Everytime you leave your room (and remove the key from the holder) lights go off, but also blinds come down electrically, which looked like a waste for me and from outside it gives clear notification about which room are occupied and which are not.

The room was perfect with large doors leading onto an outside space with a nice view over the park.
The breakfast was nice with a lot of choice.
The coffee in the room wasn't great.

The staffs in reception were extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Concalo Sousa and Ms Ariana Lopes. We've booked 2 rooms for 4 people of our family. Because we came early, they managed to get another room which has be cleaned earlier so we can checked in earlier and leave our belongings there, while the second room would be available later. The flexibility and their great service were highly appreciated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Though it was still cool in February, our children still loved to swim in the lovely pool on the roof.

The location of the hotel was excellent for where we needed to be and go. Easy access to transport and the staff were great, very helpful...even letting us check into our room early and booking restaurants for us. The pool was a great feature, and the views amazing. Liked the room and overall general vibe of the hotel.

The room was amazing with remote controlled blinds. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.
The breakfast was fantastic.
Also the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The metro was very close by with easy access to the city centre and beyond. It couldn't have been better.
