This hotel is perfectly places for easy access to downtown and 15 minute Uber ride from airport. The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast host knew our names within the first day. We wanted to do a day trip and the front desk helped us pick an option and found us a driver with 30 minutes.

Breakfast was great. The room was a good size and comfy. It has a shade to keep any sunlight out if you slept in late. The location was right by everything we wanted to do and by the subway to get to other parts of the city.

The staff especially Ruben. He told me some of his favorite sites in Lisbon and how to get there. Ruben was welcoming to each guest every morning and remembered where they liked to sit. Front desk staff were amazing too! Best location. Just steps to Metro. Easy access to airport and all of Lisbon. Comfy bed. Very quiet room. Front desk staff suggested and made reservations for me at fantastic restaurants. They showed me better ways to get where I needed to be. Constantly smiling and helpful.
Shower and toilet opened directly into bedroom. This could be awkward. No chair in bedroom.

My stay was for January 10, 11. 2026 however all the payment was taken Oct 31, 2025. I can understand a deposit but not the full amount. Second day asked for breakfast bag for airport with food that we liked and they didn’t do that. Had to buy breakfast at airport. Also called for wake up call two times and someone picked up but no answer and heard a lot of noise talking . Had to get dressed and go down stairs. 4 staff members were talking and said they didn’t get the call. They said they don’t do wake up calls to do it yourself. We are seniors with disability then they did it. So what service is that.

A very clean hotel. The staff members are very cooperative and polite. The breakfast service was wonderful with lots of varieties. It is a wonderful place to stay to visit Lisbon.

We stayed for a week and breakfast was almost the same everyday and we got bored by day 4. Also not many options for vegetarians. This is a bit of nitpick but they could have done without the separation between the bathroom and the toilet- it made it feel cramped

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The rooftop offered amazing views. Loved having robes available in the bathroom.
Hotel is called Fenix Music, but there was no music playing in the lobby. The bar downstairs did not have draft beer. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the shower (only body wash).

The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was fine with sufficient choices. The coffee machine was also very good.
Unfortunately, our room was very small as our room had a considerably sized balcony. There was little space to put our items. The hotel is also on a steep hill making it difficult to approach. The toilet and shower were glassed in and had little privacy.
