Great hotel - well located with a fabulous rooftop pool and easy to get into Lisbon centre. Bedroom was quirky but comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved Joe at the front desk who was extraordinarily helpful and Ruben at breakfast who gave us all the great places to see on our visit to Lisbon.

Overall, the hotel was very good – it had a great location, clean and modern rooms, and a fairly good breakfast. However, I was disappointed with the pool on the terrace. It was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but we ended up not using it - the area was quite small, crowded, and very hot during the day, with no available shade.

Loved the music theme - the staff were so friendly and helpful, which added to the fabulous vibe. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Loved the breakfast buffet and the member of staff who greeted us at breakfast was incredibly welcoming and lovely. They presented our daughter with a cake for her birthday without us mentioning it which really made her stay!
Room was a little small for 4 people and bathroom didn't give much privacy.

The property was ideal for our family. We loved the pool and rooftop bar. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel itself was immaculate. There was a Metro very close by it was a great transport to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Hotel was brilliant, Location was good, room was clean and beds so comfy, best and most powerful rain shower ever.
Ruben Abreu the breakfast host was excellent, Breakfast spread could be better, it was the same selection every day.
Rooftop had a nice pool with stunning views.
Overall, the hotel staff and facilities were excellent.

Perfectly adequate hotel for a short city break. Clean, comfortable enough, good choice of breakfast, very friendly staff. Great location, only couple of stops on tube to the centre
Room was not on a small site to accommodate baggage. The bathroom didn’t have fully divided wall, meaning if you needed to use it and turn light on, you woke up the other person if they were asleep

Breakfast had a variety of foods and was delicious. Rooms were clean and pool was relaxing.
The bathrooms had an opaque glass sliding door separating only the bathroom and shower while the sink remained continuous to the room. You can hear the tap running when someone’s using it and the light shines into the rest of the room making it hard to go during the night without waking the rest of the family. Complete privacy isn’t there with the opaque glass.
