Location was ideal! Right near the metro station with a beautiful park across the road. The rooftop bar and pool had an amazing view from both sides and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.
I only had the breakfast the one day but the coffee was not very good. If you're a foodie I would skip breakfast and eat out in the city. The drinks and the food I had at the rooftop bar were much better.

The rooftop pool was a winner after a day treading the streets. Breakfast was good, staff super friendly and although the location was perhaps not the most atmospheric it suited our needs perfectly? Being a stones throw from the Metro. The beds were comfortable and the auto blackout blind made for a great sleep.
Thankfully we opted for the hotel breakfast, as there didn’t seem to be many other options nearby apart from McDonalds

Location was great, staff very helpful and hotel seems it was just renovated. Super clean and the pool on the rooftop was great. They provided towels for it too.
The water from the shower went everywhere when we took a shower making it a bit dangerous.

Clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

They turned off the tv and Bluetooth the morning of checkout even tho check was not til 12.

The staff make this hotel an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable and the rooftop pool was a lovely way to relax everyday before going out in the evening. After having our luggage lost all staff from front desk and more so concierge (Isham De Santos apologies if I got this wrong) went so far out of their way making calls and helping us to get things moving. The friendliness and kindness of all made this a property I would return to and one I cannot say enough positive things about.

A lovely atmosphere, with the music theme sensibly applied. Without exception, the staff were cheerful and polite. The rooftop pool / bar is superb, with great views. Good breakfast too!

Great location, with excellent facilities. The rooftop pool was great - good music throughout the day and staffed extremely well. Easy to checkin, our room was ready on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean.
As much as we enjoyed the speakers in the room at an acceptable level and time, there were two rooms beside us that were blaring music from the speakers at 5am. It might work best to not allow the speakers to function if the room door is open, this could help not disturb guests.

Great location with excellent view across the park. The room was spacious, and the rainfall shower was wonderfully powerful. We had an issue with the safe and was sorted immediately. Great service.
