The room was lovely, really appreciated the contact prior to arriving, the bottle of fizz and cake was a lovely touch for our anniversary. The shower was excellent, the balcony, all the things you need in a room and comfortable bed. The roof top pool and bar were very good too. It was very near the metro, so easy to get around.
Some mornings there was a noise coming from what appeared to be the shower plug hole,

Modern and clean, fun concept (music and entrance), good breakfast choice, nice rooftop pool. nice size rooms, location and ease to get to the hotel
Rooftop shade would have been useful. Reception staff rude and check-in process, very slow and room wasnt ready and they didnt tell us either, breakfast chaos. Expensive bar and limited food choice and no indoor bar / vibes (as was advertised). Room - beds super badly made.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower powerful. Pool area with bar was a great addition, nice views and the hotel was conveniently located.
Very small thing but coffee at breakfast was awful. Need to ditch the Nespresso machines and just have filter coffee. No real bathroom privacy in the rooms and the sliding doors was a bad design.

Great location, good food choice for breakfast and great to have the outdoor rooftop pool/bar.
Booked a twin harmony room for 4 and expected twin beds however it was 2 doubles which I thought was a little misleading. Also not a very big room for 4 sharing adults. Bathroom wasn’t very private as the shower/wc where just a cubicle with obscure glass separating them and then open plan to the room for the rest of it, I think in hindsight we would of been better choosing two separate twin rooms and make sure the beds are twin. Very modern style but not always practical. Breakfast had great choice but found quite a few things didn’t get restocked quick enough when busy, only had cereal available on 3rd day, also quite slow when asked to re stock items but only small niggles. Pool area is great however it is quite small so soon gets full.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for travelers looking for king bed options that aren’t expensive suites. Nice rooftop pool area (though unheard and a tad small). Good location about a mile north of the historical district next to Parque Eduardo VII.
Would have liked an indoor or lobby bar, especially when it’s too chilly for the rooftop. European bathroom without doors is not great for all travelers.

We had a very nice stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room with view; large and comfortable bed. Lovely rooftop bar with pool Unexpected live dance show at breakfast Walking distance from the main attractions. Bus and Metro just in front of the hotel. Wewoyld highly recommend

Frankly, there's little not to like about. I think the breakfast was exceptional for an included breakfast. And your staff was so friendly and helpful. The 7th floor had a stunning view of the park and a terrace with two lounge chairs. Just unbelievable. It is not in the middle of the busy area, but it has the Hop On and Hop Off Bus plus the Metro across the street. If walking is not an issue, you can get to the restaurant area in a 20 minutes' walk.
The one thing we didn't is the shower floor. It is very slippery. We finally solved the problem by laying a towel on the floor. the 7th floor had small rooms. It would help to have more towel hooks.

Trendy hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Quaint rooms, all quiet, excellent breakfast, nice place! Be sure to check out the rooftop pool and bar :-)
