Lovely staff, all very keen to help with anything you need and very friendly. Nothing was too much of a problem. Very welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

shower pressure was amazing. The shower was big and with super nice pressure. really liked it. best shower of my life! also the rooftop was super cool with super view. and the catwlak with the flashes and the lights. really cool and funny!

Breakfast was nice, enough food to choose even for picky eaters. Beds were comfortable and we loved the music theme in the hotel - the lyrics on the soap were a lovely surprise. :) The staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. :)
Too bad that it was necessary to ask for plant-based or lactose-free milk. However, there was no problem receiving it after asking, so it's not a big deal.:) One thing that we didn't like is the fact that the bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room, in case of our friends' room - the bathroom was basically a part of the hall and in case of my friend's and mine, it was like a room without a door, located in the hall (after you enter the room). It just doesn't give you any privacy.

Bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The view and location in Marquis of Pombal was excellent.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff and brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Rooms are great, comfortable beds. Great location too.
Breakfast was average, could be improved but it’s the only thing I could say that wasn’t amazing.
