Place near transportation and clean
My room window is looking to street and window can not block noise enough. Also first two days air conditioning wasn’t working and when I said they repaired. However after that a noise started repeatedly and it was not so comfortable. High price for this stay

Loved this hotel. It's 3 stars in terms of facilities (there's a breakfast room - we didn't eat there though - , a lobby, a small "garden" area with artificial grass and comfy seating, vending machines for drinks and snacks in the corridors and not much else) BUT it's definitely 4+ stars for interior design, quality of beds and bedrooms, comfort and some wonderful personalised touches and customer service. There were individualised handwritten welcome notes in our rooms on arrival (which also contained seeds to plant) and a cake and some bubbly left in our son's bedroom as a surprise from reception for his 19th birthday - and we hadn't even mentioned his birthday to them. Fabulous stuff! Excellent value for money and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Splendid room on top floor with view of Parque Eduardo VII. Clothes hangers to be removed - first time in Portugal hotels for us. Simplifies use of wardrobe.
A bit chilly on arrival and no hot water the first morning. But that soon was OK. Problems with one curtain was quickly seen to.
