The location is perfect, close to the Metro. The room that i got have a fridge and kettle. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

Well located. Easy walk to the river and all thats going on around it. Also, close to east public transport. Very helpful staff, and comfortable bed.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was close to a metro stop. There was a garage for us to store our bicycles. The staff were helpful.
It was all great but the drain was a bit slow in our sink and the shower head wasnt functioning correctly but we told them about it. Not a big issue for us. This not the hotels fault, but we booked a van to take us to the airport using the service the hotel uses. We needed a van because we had bicycles in boxes. We specified that we had bicycles in boxes when booking and thats why we booked a van for only 2 people. The driver was not happy about the boxes even though there was plenty of room for them. He was quite rude to us and made our journey to the airport and last experience of Portugal uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean. Rooms, albeit on the small size, are very comfortable including the bathroom. The breakfast is very well varied, staff replenishing items all the times. Location is circa 20 mins away from main attractions, or 2 stops away by metro which is a few meters away from the hotel.
Staff at the reception desk are not friendly at all. They hardly acknowledge you even during check in. The location is not so central, which might be a problem for the evenings given that there are no surrounding restaurants or other eateries in the vicinity (except for one up the road).

Very central, easy to walk to everywhere, metro just next to it. I had the biggest bed I have ever seen , it must have been 2.5 metres, extremely comfortable. I used the parking under the hotel, that also worked well. ( 17 a night, but really worth it) The staff were polite, helpful and spoke good English
