The location is easy access to public transportation (less than 5” walk from metro Restauradores) and also easy walkable to many attractions in Lisbon. The staffs of all levels were so friendly and full of hospitality. The interior design was charming and homey. Room was big, airy, big windows, strong water pressure and comfortable bed with extra pillows provided in the closet. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plenty. Free 24 hours snacks, tea, coffee, apple was a plus.
We stayed during cool season so the air condition not set to let us turn it on, we were able to set only fan on ( most off the time we just turned off power and let fresh air in). I hope in warmer season the air condition can be individually set by the guests not by the central control from the hotel.

Gem of a hotel. Beautiful rooms. AMAZING bathroom with full size toiletries that was stuck to a wall with pumps. Excellent breakfast. Loved the complimentary snacks/water/tea and coffee offered all day.
I would have liked an nespresso (or similar) coffee machine in the room.

We had the Heritage Room for 4 nights. The room was spacious, view was beautiful and the bed was comfy. Pretty quiet for being in a busy area. The location is centrally located. The staff was amazing, brrakfast was delicious...everyrhing from yogart and granola, eggs, bacon and veggies, fresh fruits, cheeses, salmon, sardines, salad, breads, coffee, tea, fresh juices, champagne, nuts, pastries, served from 7am- 12pm. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day and the staff was able to accommodate us 1 more day. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional - from the staff, to the accommodation, to the location, and to their flexibility. I had an accident on the day that I was scheduled to check out, resulting in a day spent in an Emergency Department. The hotel accommodated my very late check out as a result of being in hospital until late in the day.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

Stunning room with a nice view of Lisbon.
The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet! Slept like a baby all our stay!

We really like the historic look at hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and sweet. The all day tea, coffee & snacks at lobby created a nice atmosphere. Location was perfect - near to all the action but in quiet vicinity

Location is convenient. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, better than most, but not exceptional. I booked Heritage room & requested for twin beds, very spacious for two people. Hotel is also very generous, provide free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Port wine & Moscatel with cakes and snacks the whole day at the breakfast lounge. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.
I didn't like their pillows. I stayed at another 5-star hotel at Porto which also provided pillows with lumps inside. I find it rather unusual

Wonderful
Great location downtown near all the tourist sites. Close to shops, metro, train, restaurants.
Beds were comfortable but on the firm side for us. Personal preference, we are from the U.S. ?

Great location on Avenida Liberdade. Large, beautiful room with a view of the city street(this is a good thing- it is green and vibrant). Beautiful and comfortable lobby with snacks, water, and wine available throughout the day. Excellent service.
