Breakfast was served until noon!! There are snacks, water The small gym and pool area was very nice which I used daily. The location was good - close enough to the center of town but away from the noise.

We liked just about everything. The lobby area, complimentary coffee tea and cake, very friendly welcoming staff and lovely comfortable rooms with a great breakfast. Location was perfect. We loved everything and would definitely stay again.

Great beds, corner room with nice furnishings and comfy beds. Port in the room, plus port and tarts/cake/coffee available all day in the lovely lounge area. Breakfast was plentiful, not super fancy, but very tasty and everything I needed. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is located in the city center and it has a private parking. The room was very big and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous location and the staff is exceptional to every detail. The lovely bonus of enjoying complimentary port wine, water, coffee, tea throughout the day and a delicious breakfast the next were nice treats. Also, nothing can be better than my favorite toiletries - Moulton Brown products - simply Heaven.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! The room was comfortable, warm and beautifully decorated in an unpretentious but classy style. The reception area is a gem, with coffee, favored water and pastries available throughout the day.

Breakfast was delicious and offered a full variety of choices including fresh orange juice. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite.

Super location, quirky, great pool, lovely breakfast. Fabulous room - port
Nothing not to like! Staff generally really good, but given how many of them, sometimes lacking in attention to detail. A nice but expensive bar and a bit of a pain to get a drink.
