The location is absolutely perfect! Right in the middle of most attractions. The breakfast is lovely with hot scrambled eggs, bacon and lots of wonderful pastries and fruit. Also, complimentary port wine in the bar and in the guest rooms!

Location is brilliant. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. The communication prior to arrival was excellent. We had to drive which we wouldn't usually choose to do in central Lisbon but they had a parking spot for us right outside the hotel which was a fantastic (and unexpected!) bonus. The room was very nice with Molton Brown products in the bathroom. Good wifi and spotlessly clean. They have a lovely lounge area where breakfast is served (until midday!) which is very comfortable and also offers complimentary biscuits, cakes, teas & coffees and port wines in the afternoon/early evening. Breakfast was decent. Check out is midday which is great. There was even a complimentary bottle of port in the bedroom :)
Didn't use the small swimming pool downstairs because the room was so, so hot but it's not really a negative because it wasn't a motivating factor for our stay, just would have been a nice extra.

The location of this hotel is perfect to explore the city on foot with many shops and historic sites close by. The design and decor have that boutique feel that I love. The breakfast (included in our stay) had plenty of options and was a relaxing way to start our day. The pastel de nata and cookies (available all day) were a nice treat after a long day walking around the city. Finally, all of the hotel personnel were welcoming and friendly. I am confident that if you book this hotel you will be happy with your choice.

We loved this hotel. The room was gorgeous with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast and sweet treats and drinks available all day were lovely. The pool was also brilliant - nice temperature - and there was never anyone else using it so it didn't matter that it was small. Highly recommend!

Great location, being only a short walk to the main tourist locations but not actually itself in the busiest/noisiest area. Friendly & efficient staff on both the front door & reception ensure a warm welcome not just on first arrivalbut throughout your stay.
For an English early riser, breakfast was a little late in bringing out the full selection but we quickly learned that this gentle start to the day is Portugese culture, not a failing of this venue.
