The decor as soon as you walk in the door. The decanter of Port in the bedroom. The tea making facilities with nibbles. The wide range of breakfast foods. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely range of towels. Super location. Handy parking.

The location is easy access to public transportation (less than 5” walk from metro Restauradores) and also easy walkable to many attractions in Lisbon. The staffs of all levels were so friendly and full of hospitality. The interior design was charming and homey. Room was big, airy, big windows, strong water pressure and comfortable bed with extra pillows provided in the closet. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plenty. Free 24 hours snacks, tea, coffee, apple was a plus.
We stayed during cool season so the air condition not set to let us turn it on, we were able to set only fan on ( most off the time we just turned off power and let fresh air in). I hope in warmer season the air condition can be individually set by the guests not by the central control from the hotel.

The hotel location was perfect, the rooms were completely silent and very comfortable ,
The Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool and gym were wonderful too.
There was no restaurant at the hotel.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in terrific location for seeing Lisbon sites. Also close to major metro transport. Lounge and breakfast area lovely to enjoy beginning and end of day. Breakfast provided a fresh and extensive buffet. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend for a Lisbon visit.
Nothing. Just a comment- didn’t use the gym or the pool as expected, but they were both small anyway. More than one person in at a time would be a crowd, but at least they had the amenities!

I loved the fact that at the end of the day we returned to the comfortable lounge bar area and had a port or a coffee with a little sweet treat. All complimentary.
I had no complaints. There was no coffee making facilities in the room but they weren’t needed.

Wonderful stay at Heritage Avenida Liberdade. Stylish, spacious rooms - larger than typical for the city centre - with very comfortable beds and spotless presentation. The stylish décor throughout the hotel adds charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect central location - walking distance to Baixa, Chiado, and Bairro Alto, yet peaceful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful character hotel. Brilliant location near Rossio the water front shopping bars and not far from the casting the older moorish part of the city. Staff helpful and happy
