The decor of the apartment is nice, although the washroom sink was broken, staff wasnt friendly except Nina who was exceptional.
When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk, therefore I couldnt go into the lobby as the door was locked. Upon calling the phone number on file the gentleman on the phone was trying to convince me hes sitting at the desk - misleading. Emailed them a few days prior to arrival reiterating we need three beds, only 2 were made. The service individual that arrived to make the bed provided attitude as if he was doing me a favour.

The pool area was stylish. Could be a heated pool - would be much better for year round.
Room took over 90mins to be ready. Promises made and simply broken. Beds were rock hard. Had to ask for a mattress topper and was told i should have enquired about the comfort of the bed before i arrived!!! No house keeping. Room never cleaned and no rubbish collect.

This hotel has a great location and a very spacious apartment..., with a lovely pool and common area that is quiet
HOWEVER, big problem as my TOILET WAS BROKEN for the ENTIRE time I was there. Even though I told Patricia at reception, no one fixed it or offered an apology, even at check out. It's a pretty critical piece of the apartment, honestly if they had fixed it or made any effort to apologize or compensate, the rating would be much higher

The location was fantastic. loved the space in the apartment felt I could live there! well designed and decorated. also the outside space and pool was fantastic! highly recommend for families
Only slight thing to improve would be to have some English speaking tv especially for kids, it was all in German. but thats not a big deal. room isnt cleaned on a daily basis.

The location was great!
The pool area was very comfortable.
No welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk for arrival. We couldnt check in for over 90mins. 540pm.
The air con didnt work.
The toilet flush was brocken
Despite supplies being available in the communal area we were not told about them and didnt find for a day or two.
The room was cleaned once - beds made but bins were not emptied ever.

The apartments were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area was lovely, very welcome after a days sightseeing. The staff were very helpful !
