Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, felt safe
We felt that as a minimum there should have been a kettle & cups as a means of making tea or coffee. Also, although not necessarily your fault, the noise from people partying in the streets and reviving motorbikes into the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday nights was terrible and we didnt get much sleep !

Yes, staff member greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good location. I would stay here again. Also appreciated an earlier check in after a long flight.

The apartment is very well located at the party end of the city, Pink Street. So it is a little noisy on the weekends in the hotel. a 10min walk to the main city centre.
The room didnt have much amenities. It would have been good to have a tea / coffee machine or a mini fridge to keep water cool.
