I loved the little treats and the water they offer at the front desk, we also got two bottles of water that were complimentary almost everyday. Staff were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything felt really luxurious, the attention to detail, the shower, the big bed, the soaps in the bathroom, the complimentary fizz, the snacks at reception.
The roof terrace was awesome, best spot in Lisbon and its at the place your staying - perfect!
The staff were so lovely couldnt of been more helpful.

Great location, clean and beautifully decorated rooms and lobby, and delicious breakfast.
Our room had two windows that were in an interior shaft that got minimal light. The rooftop bar closed very early at night.

It was very well appointed with lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast, and incredible views on the rooftop bar. The staff were outstanding.

It's in a good location, close enough to walk or catch the hop on bus to Lisbon's attractions. The rooms were clean , comfortable,well styled and well equipped with toiletries. The staff were all wonderful, with a particular mention for Patricia on the front desk who went out of her way many times to ensure that our stay at H10 was great.
This is a personal preference, but we didn't like the shower-in-bath, although the shower itself was good with a good supply of hot water.

The staff, facilities, room and location were all brilliant for our short stay. Very close to the metro. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the room was so lovely.

Breakfast - food was good but only 1 coffee / tea machine for everyone-it was very slow . There should have been other means of us getting hot drinks!
