THIS IS HOW a hotel should function!
The Location, the design overall, a small boutique hotel with oodlesof charm! Not to mention the fab snacks on arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you for our bottle of sparkling wine in our room too! Total comfort & cleanliness, plus oh-so great welcoming, polite and kind staff! My friend got violently sick and the staff did not batter an eyelid to continuously and repeatedly help us throughout the night, THANKING YOU ALL so much for your professionalism and discretion.
Could not fault this quaint boutique hotel.

Location I guess
Staff at the reception seemed to full of themselves. When asked about why they need our passports when we checked in they didn’t explain why. Instead they tried to appear fancy.

Location of the hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful staff, roof top bar was also great.
Only minor details - A la carte breakfast could be improved, quality of the food wasn’t great unfortunately. Also coffee machine was broken two mornings of three.

It looked great, totally Instagram-compatible, and we got a free bottle of champagne after arriving. Majority of the staff were nice too.
INCREDIBLY noisy. I felt like the walls and doors were made of paper, we could literally hear what the people in the next room talked about (at midnight, when we wanted to sleep), just like every footstep from the room above us. Really hard to get a good rest in the hotel.
